I really enjoyed the food here! I tried two different rolls and they were both incredibly fresh and had amazing flavors. I can’t wait to come back! Addition: I have tried many rolls and appetizers and everything has been amazing!

Sushi Huku offers an authentic Japanese cuisine experience! The atmosphere is lively and true to how restaurants appear in Japan.

The food was excellent, and the staff was attentive.

Unbeatable sushi—totally worth it!
I had the salmon sashimi, bluefin tuna, salmon sushi, and the salmon super crunch, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The quality blew me away—honestly better than any sushi I’ve had in Atlanta. What really impressed me is that the taste and quality far exceeded the price. It’s rare to find sushi this good at such a reasonable cost. The cozy sushi bar atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. Paired it all with a cold Asahi, and it was perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Classic Japanese restaurant. The fish quality is on par with the very expensive restaurants in town. This is just a no frills really solid sushi spot.

We typically order the fried octopus appetizer and 21 pieces of Sashimi. We get out the door for around $100.

I’d be willing to bet they have the same fish suppliers as Umi and Eight.

Service is generally quick and the service is good.

We were here as part of our 35th wedding anniversary celebration in Atlanta. Jenny was an outstanding server and met every need we had perfectly. The sushi was amazing, the beverage selection was awesome, and we totally enjoyed the atmosphere. Interestingly, about 37 or 38 years ago, I was the senior law clerk for the attorney who helped get this restaurant its liquor license. So, I remembered the place and wanted to see if it was still in business and still good. I was thrilled to find it was still in business and still absolutely one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever enjoyed.

This was my first experience at Sushi Huku Japanese Restaurant, and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the Dragon Roll, and it was delicious. I also tried the citrus iced tea, which had a unique flavor, but I liked it. The Dragon Roll comes with eel sauce drizzled on top, which was the perfect amount to complement the tasty roll. The music they played was great too, at just the right volume. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

We had a party of 4 for dinner at 7:45 pm on Monday, 3/25/24. We were seated right away. Plenty of parking. Quick service. Very chill, especially on a Monday night. I wore leggings and sneakers—very casual.

We all split 2 appetizers and 7 rolls and it was the perfect amount of food. We could’ve gotten away with only 1 appetizer. We got Gyoza and Edamame, which were both great. For sushi, we got New Paige, Lambada, Pink Lady, Geisha, Tiger Eye, Home Depot, Super Crunch. The New Paige was definitely our favorite. The only one I personally wouldn’t get again was Tiger Eye. But seriously, everything was amazing.

It came out to $32 per person, which is super reasonable. We all agree that we can’t wait to go back! Highly, highly recommend!

Nice Sushi spot, I like the atmosphere. However, I didn’t like the fact that the Dinner menu and half of the appetizers were unavailable. Literally, it’s only Sushi and Tempura options. My only concern is that my Sushi was very warm. I was pretty nervous consuming it, but I did not get sick.
