This is the place I always go to for sushi, for about 5-6 years now.. after today I’m not quite sure if I’m interested in coming anymore, the new employees are beyond annoyed 24/7 and have attitude, I ordered online and came in on a busy day to grab the order.. the girl in the front already seemed frustrated and annoyed. I told her I’m picking up for nessa and she pointed at my order and said “right there , great night”.
Thanks?? Not to mention when I got home, the sushi roll was falling apart, I get it’s busy but there’s no need to rush peoples food and ruin it… I paid for what I expected and this is not what I expected , especially since I been coming here for years. The rice and the sushi roll it’s self fell apart and look awful

PLEASED – I have driven past this restaurant many times. My co-worker invited me to have lunch here. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Right away you notice how clean this establishment is , which comforts you immediately. Our order did not take long and was freshly prepared and steaming hot. The portions were spot on and the flavors of their chicken teriyaki was fabulous. There was a hint of smoke in the sauce which you could taste on the mushrooms, onions and broccoli. Tender chicken thighs.

Been here several times now and it’s always great and always busy, for good reason. Food is consistently amazing and the portions of fish they put in the sushi is far more than any restaurant I’ve ever been too. Best sushi I’ve probably ever had. Used to love Trappers but after discovering this place I’ve realized this Sushi House is way better. No complaints at all.

The Pepper Tuna roll is to die for. I can confidently say that I have never had anything that didn’t deserve a 5-Star rating at this establishment. I get Fried Gyoza, Miso Soup, Edamame, and 3 rolls. Be sure to ask your waitress if she has a new favorite and try that!
P.S – Aya is great for first dates or to treat your new mistress. Sushi House is for your wife and family.

Popped by for a lunch date. The atmosphere here is pretty incredible. The staff were all incredible, and the food was some of the best in the style that I had. I particularly loved the sushi lunch deal. A rainbow roll, spider roll, gyoza, and two miso soups for 32 bucks is an absolute steal. We can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely delicious. Had lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, first time customer. Some of the most beautiful sushi presentation I’ve ever seen. Everything was amazingly fresh and flavorful. Definitely the best sushi I’ve had in the Olympia area so far.
I usually get 2 rolls, but I’ll only order 1 next time because they are very generous with their portions.

We visited at an odd time of day… a Friday at 4 ish. I think they were preparing for the rush because our sushi came faster than any sushi place I’ve ever visited. Super fresh and delicious. I think their Cali rolls are the best we’ve had. I always order Cali rolls in case the other rolls aren’t great but everything was so good. The edemame was PLENTIFUL. They so many menu options it was hard to choose. Our favorite is the sushi house roll.

I have been to this delightful restaurant twice. The dishes were beautiful and every bite was good. My favorite is the three amigo sushi with raw salmon, tuna, and some white fish. The presentation is elegant, which made me want to eat it more and the complexity was impeccable. The tiger box (the one with shrimp on top) was not as good because the texture was hard. If you prefer sashimi on it, this one doesn’t have any. The Evergreen was very exquisite and is probably the best one. It has no crab or shrimp. Yum!

It looked like an average resto but the food turned out to be amazing. Overall taste was good and the ingredients seemed really fresh. We ordered veg spring roll, chicken yakisoba, bento #1, yasahi maki roll, tempura. The quantity of dishes was good amount and presentation was neat as well. Had a great experience.
Will go back again if in this area. Highly recommended.
