And you can’t beat the value, all you can eat for $20! For the quality and variety, that’s an amazing deal. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor, and everything came out quickly.
Great vibe, great service, and outstanding sushi. We’ll definitely be back!
I had such a fantastic experience at **Sushi Haya**! The service was absolutely excellent — our waitress was so sweet, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. The tables were always spotless, and empty plates were picked up right away.
All of the sushi was *delicious* — fresh, beautifully made, and served so quickly. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The **all-you-can-eat** option is an incredible deal at just $30 — you can try anything on the menu as long as you finish what you order. Everything we tried was amazing, from the rolls to the appetizers!
I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend Sushi Haya to anyone who loves great sushi, fast service, and friendly staff!
We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, and everything we tried was delicious! From appetizers like crispy gyoza and savory Crab Rangoon to fresh salads, everything was really good. The sushi was delicious– not only was it fresh and tasty, but it was also beautifully presented.
Crystal went above and beyond by bringing out a special birthday treat for my mom. She surprised us with a bowl of ice cream, a candle, and even sang Happy Birthday! It was such a nice touch that really made the evening feel extra special.
Perhaps it was my mistake on ordering the bento boxes here but if you’re going to eat expensive food, there’s way better quality elsewhere at restaurants that don’t cut corners.
The service was one of the main issues. Our orders took noticeably longer than anticipated. Even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly crowded, we waited far too long for basic items. By the time the food came out, the excitement had already faded, which really affects the overall dining mood. A simple sushi meal shouldn’t take that long to prepare or serve.
When the food finally arrived, the quality was just okay — definitely not great. The sushi pieces didn’t have that freshness or flavor balance you’d expect from a Japanese restaurant. Some rolls were a bit dry, and the rice wasn’t as well-seasoned as it should be. It wasn’t bad enough to send back, but also not good enough to want to order again.
I feel like there’s potential here, but the restaurant really needs to work on consistency and attention to detail. Presentation matters too — sushi is supposed to look vibrant and appetizing, but these plates looked rushed. For the price, I honestly expected something more refined and satisfying.
Customer service could use improvement as well. The staff were polite, but they seemed overwhelmed or disorganized. There wasn’t much communication about delays, and no one checked in to see if we needed anything while waiting. A simple apology or update would’ve gone a long way.
Overall, I’d give Sushi Haya a barely two-star rating for now. It’s not the worst place in town, but it’s far from the best. With faster service, fresher ingredients, and a bit more care in the details, it could become a much better spot. For now, though, it’s probably not a restaurant I’d rush back to.
What distinguishes Sushi Haya even further is its impeccable service. The staff operate with a level of attentiveness and professionalism that enhances the entire meal. They anticipate needs without hovering, offer informed recommendations, and maintain a warm, welcoming energy throughout the dining experience.
Altogether, Sushi Haya is more than a reliable sushi spot—it is one of the city’s premier destinations for anyone who appreciates high-quality ingredients, careful preparation, and top-tier service. Whether for a casual outing or a special occasion, it consistently delivers excellence. The price is also fair for the product that is delivered.
Menu is pretty large with a lot of options of sushi, sashimi, rolls, cooked items, appetizers, grilled options, etc… Service was fast and constantly came by for additional orders for All You Can Eat. Some items were of better quality than others, but was good overall.
