Me and my family have been coming for years, probably 15 years. The service has always been great, after all this time all the long time servers like Jojo, Bunny and the others and even newer faces like Cassie give us excellent service every time. Food is great and my favorite thing is that you can ask for sushi rolls to be rice free or modified as you prefer. I love their drinks and just the overall atmosphere. There is no other place we go to for Sushi here in Katy. Highly recommended!

I am never disappointed when I come here. To eat the sushi to eat the tempura chicken and vegetables. The bento dinner is great has a little bit of everything like two or three California roll pieces and two dumplings with the either noodles or rice your preference and then your protein whichever you pick. They even have a all you can eat I think we paid $22 each and it was well worth it.

Will not be returning. My husband and I have been to Sushi Hanna throughout the years living in Cinco and have found them to be a good option for Sushi. This last visit was horrible. We were waited on by a waitress whom had been there for years, I remember her from years past. My husband and I waited for a very long time to have our order taken. I saw her wait on other tables and just pass us by. We just sat and watched her. So, I had another waitress to take our order because we had been sitting for so long. The waitress then came over to confirm our order. I had the all you can eat sushi and my husband had the hibachi grill. The food took forever. The waitress never took time to come over to check on us. When our food finally came out, my husband had no sauce with his food and I had no ginger or wasabi with my sushi, no refilled water either. The waitress never came back. I will not be back to Sushi Hanna. There are better options and the all you can eat is not worth it for the time taken to receive your food. The service was absolutely horrible. Everyone wants a tip but good service is expected for the tip given. My husband still tipped 20% in which he should not have. The waitress was horrible. I do believe we would have had a much better experience if she had been a better waitress.

We came here few times over the years. Today we are near-by and come here for lunch. We ordered shrimp tempura bento and salmon bento. The food is very good. I forgot to take pictures for those miso soup and house salad which were served before the bento. They are very good too!

We came with the intention of enjoying an “all you can eat” sushi experience and paid $22 per person, but what we experienced was an absolute disaster. Over an hour of waiting, and all we got were blank stares from the staff, because we didn’t even manage to get two full rolls.
The service was slow, disorganized, and terrible; it didn’t seem like anyone knew what they were doing. Honestly, I’ve never felt so neglected at a restaurant.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants to eat sushi, because the only thing you’ll “enjoy” is the time you waste waiting for someone to pay attention to you. Zero stars if I could.

Horrible service. We walked in and the host could bother to turn towards us while greeting us, he had his back to us the whole time. We were handed the menus and they were absolutely disgusting.
We sat for about 3 or 4 minutes while another table was sat and immediately greeted by a server that already mad eye contact with us.
If we are going to spend a good amount of money at a restaurant, we expect good service.
We got up and left and took are business elsewhere, where it is clean and we know the service is good.
We are both very hungry, and for us to get up and leave to wait longer and eat elsewhere says a lot about your restaurant.

This used to be my go to place for years when I craved sushi. However, as of today. my husband and I won’t be returning. After we were seated, 3 other groups came after us at different times. Each one was served before we were – we weren’t greeted by any staff nor were we offered any waters. Nothing.

I’m a sucker for AYCE…but don’t do it here. Every time we tried, the food would take forever to come out. We tried one more time, and even asked how long the service would take and they assured us they’d be fast. I took the chance, only for our server to not even look at us for a whole 30 minutes (the red part of the stopwatch). We had to get someone else to refill our drinks, and just sat there trying to catch our own waiter’s attention to (at first) order a second round of our AYCE, then it was just desperation to pay and leave. I do love the food and atmosphere here, but compared to some Sugar Land and even Rosenberg AYCE sushi locations, the wait time is ridiculous.
