Great food and a cozy, spacious spot! We went on a quiet Thursday afternoon, so service was quick. Lots of sushi options, and the Spicy Ramen Tempura Bowl with its flavorful broth is a must-try (next time we might get the veggies on the side). Vegetarian sushi options are solid, and there’s plenty for meat and seafood lovers too.

This is the first place near Bothell where I’ve found sushi that is both generous in portion and outstanding in quality. Here the sushi itself is genuinely substantial. The salmon bowl, in particular, comes with an impressive amount of fish. It’s rare to find this level of quality in the US. Absolutely amazing!

Wow! Our first time here and my husband and I were delighted by the speed of service and quality of sushi! They had the little water serving robot, and a belt that delivers your orders! We tried the miso soup, seared salmon negori, green tea and a few other dishes. The bill was affordable and we are full and happy. We will be returning to try more sushi!

Very friendly and quick service. Small portions at great prices make it easy to try everything. Fun variety on the menu. The sushi quality matched the prices, but was still better than grocery store sushi and the novel atmosphere more than made up for it. The covered sushi train kept it hygienic, the robot beverage server was a hoot, and the human servers were courteous and attentive.
This place is not for those who prefer traditional sushi. The rice was dry and both the edamame and one of the crunch rolls I tried were pretty salty. I do recommend the asparagus roll though. And I liked that they had ample ginger and wasabi at the table so you weren’t bothered to request more if needed, nor was there any wasted as often happens when its served on each sushi plate. I’ll be back to try more for sure!

I believe this sushi place serves the best sushi in Washington State—nothing compares to the quality here. The service is excellent, and I especially love the robot server on birthdays and Valentine’s Day!

***UPDATE – I ordered the shrimp & vegetable tempura today. Terrible the shrimp was not cooked, the broccoli was burnt, the zucchini was soggy and the carrots were hard. (See last picture). Very disappointed the owner’s daughter was very rude & didn’t do anything about it. She said she would tell the cook. Very bad business!! 8/25/2022

I have been going to this sushi location for my sushi fill about once a month for over a year now. I wanted to gate keep, since the sushi tasted great and the wait times were low, but this place deserves the recognition.
The food has been consistently made with high quality and tastes the same every time. I love the seared scallop, seared salmon, and New York roll. Those are my main go to items. The rice is always perfect texture and they do not automatically put wasabi in their nigiri.
The order system is also unique. You order items on an iPad device at the table and the items get sent to you on a conveyer belt. This makes ordering items quick and efficient. I also like to have short meals, so I can be in and out in 30 mins with my family of 4 if we wanted to. They are kid friendly and the servers are polite. If you haven’t tried Sushi Hana before, you should give it a try.
