This is one of my favorite places hands down. Is it a bit of a gimmick? Yes. Do I love it? Yes. I always get the build your own burrito because I am a bit of a picky eater so I love being able to customize my order like that. Everything I’ve had has been fresh and high quality. I’m able to get lots of veggies so I feel like I’m getting something lighter yet still filling for lunch. The team here is super efficient and handles the lunch rush like champs and the store is always clean and welcoming.

Honestly the worst sushi roll I’ve had. Fell apart as I’m eating it, I was hoping it would be at least somewhat tasty. No sauce at all, was almost sour tasting. I read tons of bad reviews about here and decided to give it a shot hoping it was just a bad day. Definitely not worth $25 at all. McDonald’s and Burger King blows this away

The sushi quality was superb, The staff is super friendly and on point, no joke 10 out 10 will go again because of them. The experience. Of walking in off the street is awesome little small if you happen to have more than 6 in a group. Other than that it’s super clean and well maintained.

Great quick stop for poke and sushi near cmu! The fish is fresh, albeit not the most amazing, and depending on the person making your poke, you get either an ok amount of fish or a lot of fish. There is a guy that I really like who works there and when I order 2 servings of salmon usually cuts 6 strips for me. However, another guy only gives me 4. Anyway, a pretty good poke stop!

Had a great lunch here before exploring the Carnegie museums. The Shaka bowl was fresh and delicious and the staff were all efficient and friendly. As my wife and I were leaving the cashier asked how we liked the food and said thank you. Tight quarters and not a lot of seating but most customers took their food to go. I’d go their again if I lived here.

This is a great place if you like to customize your sushi. Having the bowl, burrito, or normal sushi roll style options as well as control over what goes in it are nice if you’d rather just eat your sushi with a spoon rather than chopsticks. Don’t expect sit-down restaurant authentic, high-quality sushi but it’s a solid choice for a quick lunch. I usually opt for the Fire Bowl or whatever the monthly bowl special is, but the rolls are pretty good as well. If you’re near CMU or Pitt, this place is a great place to try if you’re craving sushi.

Just ordered from here for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE I usually do my local sushi place right down the road and get 4 rolls for 30 bucks so it didn’t bother me the burrito was 30(keep in mind I always add extra stuff to mine so that’s why the price was a little steep) it came 10 minutes ago and it’s already gone I hope yall continue to be able to deliver to my address cause I will deff order sometime again (might do a build your own poke bowl)

The food itself tasted good, decently fresh fish. That said the rolls are made worse than some make-at-home kit and free all feel apart nearly instantly. Great value for the cost, as long as you can deal with the rolls falling apart, this place is a great, and quick meal for the cost.

The best in Pittsburgh if you want quick, fresh, chose it and watch them make it customized sushi. Great staff, super friendly, we go here enough where they literally remember exactly what we order. Highly recommended.
