1st time here. It is the best AYCE sushi in Colorado. We pick the premium option to have sashimi and other premium roll. Fish are fresh, and other hot food are very good. Nothing I ordered that I feel disappointed

The only regret I have is not dining in and taking full advantage of an all you can eat sushi opportunity. But from what I did get, it wasn’t too shabby. Of course, I dipped into sashimi and a little nigiri, all great. This includes soup and seaweed salad. I ordered to go and received the food in a timely manner with friendly staff and an even friendlier departure greeting. If I’m in the area, I will try this spot again and venture out more and dine in.

Not our first visit, but this place is quickly becoming part of our restaurant rotation. We like their raspberry tea, and I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff. They answer questions, check on you (but are also respectful of your space), and they help each other with their tables (love the team mentality). I think we had three people checking on us, refilling drinks, and bringing food.
Sooo sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the beef short-ribs that we ordered as an appetizer. They were so yummy with a bbq sauce that didn’t overpower the natural goodness of the ribs. Just the right amount!
I had the chicken katsu bowl. The sauce added a nice sweetness to the crispy, juicy chicken, and the rice and cabbage had Kewpie mayo. No onions by request.
He had the Kaiju and was also happy with his meal. It was a big roll and looked very pretty.
The Japanese Toast was for dessert, and it’s big enough to share (unless you only came in for that). Definitely recommend.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Fort Collins. The sushi is delicious and the service is fantastic. I had the baked salmon roll and the big three. Both were absolutely incredible.

I ordered chicken katsu and I thought it was supposed to be fried. This is pretty flavorless and I waited for a long time for this. I’m a little annoyed that I tipped to be honest and wish i could get a refund. I may try it again when it isn’t busy because the roll was pretty good. Overall, I wouldn’t drive across town again for it.

Lovely place. Great service. Amazing food. 2nd visit. We tried some different items this time. Kaiju Premium Roll was very tasty (I added extra crunch and spicy mayo). Pickled Ginger tasted fresh and sweet and crunchy. Horseradish Wasabi paste had a strong kick (as it should) loved it. We will definitely be back. Nice end to the meal -Japanese Toast

This review is long over due… My wife and I are true foodies, and even more sushi snobs. Since opening, this Fort Collins gem has become our goto spot for sushi. The quality of the fish and food combined with the impossible to duplicate value of the AYCE menu makes this place a rare find. The menu goes way beyond just traditional sushi and provides a long list of “craft” dishes from lobster, gyoza, beef, and all the way to crispy rice and baked salmon bites. They recently added Ramen to the menu and we finally tried it yesterday. Superb. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and the family owned culture really shines through. From the sushi bar greetings when you walk in, and the collective “good bye” when customers walk out, and everything in between, all make this place a really special experience. The service is fast and they bring dishes out as they are ready, I cant stand sushi places that hold your order until its all done. The conversation at the bar is always great, and the sushi chefs are always eager to make recommendations and suggest new things to try. We try to eat here at least once a week. 10/10 in our book.

Ended up here on accident and what a treat! $33 for basic level all you can eat and the fish is fresh and delicious. They offer a premium option as well that’s packed with even more options. Portions are perfect size. Definitely stop in and sit at the sushi bar. It’s so fun to watch them work their magic. Sweet servers. Excellent experience.

First off, the food is amazing. I did the premium all you can eat and was not disappointed in the slightest. That being said, you can do the regular all you can eat and still have amazing options so don’t feel like you have to do the premium to have a good meal.
The service was on the slow side however the staff was very friendly and easy to interact with.
I absolutely recommend stopping here if you are looking for quality food and an amazing wait staff.
The Japanese Bread dessert was divine and the Toro was melt in your mouth amazing.
