Sushi el Dari is hands down the BEST sushi food truck! They have so many rolls to choose from, fried or not fried, whatever you’re in the mood for, they’ve got it. The Las Vegas roll (fried) is absolutely phenomenal, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly made. Everything is fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly. The service is friendly and the food is consistently amazing. You have to try it!

I recently tried the sushi from this fantastic food truck, and I have to say, it was amazing! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It’s not every day you find a food truck that excels at both tacos and sushi, but this one definitely does. They also were really friendly people. I highly recommend giving their sushi a try!

This taco truck serving your usual Mexican fares also had an extensive list of sushi rolls. I decided to stop by to see how the rolls were and ordered 4 different rolls. They were all fantastic and definitely worth a try.
The very first disclaimer or FYI to know is that these sushi rolls are all cooked rolls and none offered raw fish. You basically get different types of shrimp tempura or kani crab rolls. However, the list is extensive and had every single combination you could think of.
I absolutely loved how clean and well rolled these sushi rolls were. They were dressed with the perfect amount of sauces to where the rolls aren’t drenched in sauce and you can still taste every single part of the roll as it’s mean to be.
The rolls had a huge amount of avocado and protein. The Vegas Roll had a double the amount of shrimp tempura. Yummm! The Crunchi Munchi, my favorite of the 4, had the perfect blend of ingredients to make each bite refreshing.
Rolls are between $8 to $14 each. 1 roll is enough to satisfy me. 2 made me stuffed. The 3rd and 4th roll was just to try more for this review. Haha
Give it a try! Know that you won’t find anything raw here or fish and you won’t be disappointed!

I had been craving the sushi from here. Drove 40min just for the food. We got 2 tortas de asada, my husband got a “burrito” without tortilla and 2 different kind of sushi and my son got some fries he ate on the drive back. Worth the drive and the money. Everything looked, smelled and tasted amazing. Never disappoints.

Omg best sushi! We wanted sushi at midnight and these awesome people gave us the best sushi and horchata! And on top of it being late at night and us wanting to try like 4 rolls….. THEY GAVE US A FREE ROLL!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We are definitely coming back to try everything!!!!!

I think most people would be skeptical of sushi from a food truck, but I was really craving sushi and went for it and it was SO GOOD. My husband and I loved it, they were so kind, it seemed like they changed their music for us? Which low-key was a vibe and we were jamming to it. And they were so nice and thanked us for coming and it was great! The food was delicious.
