We’ve been coming here for 17 years. It’s the best in Arlington. Everything is great but my favorite is the chirashi bowl. Always a generous amount of fresh fish, and today there was a quail egg, octopus and salmon roe! My secong favorite dish is the unagi don. The owner is always updating the menu with new items that are pretty good.

I love the restaurant. Our go-to sushi place. Never fails to deliver on quality. But DONT GET DELIVERY! you will get ripped off. They use door dash and you will pay almost twice as much for your order. See pics for proof. Again the restaurant is great I love their food, great atmosphere, good service. But delivery is a complete scam. If it had not been for the delivery scam they would have gotten 5 starts across the board .

Update: I took my family back to this place and the customer service was awful, no prices on the menu, and it was way to dark for dinner . The worst part is they charged an automatic 22% gratuity. The owner says this is how they keep their waiters . Well, I paid for bad service but never again. The Happy hour menu is way better than dinner.

The Happy Hours menu was pretty tasty. Cool anime décor. Very dim light settings.

It’s such a gem in the Arlington area. The food is unique and delicious, every dish carefully crafted for a really wonderful balance of flavors. It’s my go to Sushi spot in Arlington. Highly recommend for foodies, people who like cozy atmospheres.

Ryan Duong, the owner has a way of making every roll and experience unique!
I brought my daughter ( who’s been there many times) and Granddaughters (2 & 4) there for their first sushi experience and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure it was the best! They will never forget it or Mr. Ryan’s kindness from Asian sodas to pink sushis with beautiful orchids to their fried ice cream. They loved the gyoza as well and eating with chop sticks. We made great memories today! You can’t go wrong here!

2022:
I was excited to try this place, so we arrived for an early dinner. We started with a beer, sake, shrimp spring rolls, a side salad and rolls as apps. The spring roll order is only one, sliced in half, atop a martini glass. While tasty, we wished the portion would have been larger.
The shrimp tempura roll was good with spicy mayo and wasabi, while the california roll was just bland and boring.
As entrees, we ordered a katchu chicken and burrito roll.
The katchu chicken was a flavorless fried chicken. While it was crispy it had no flavor at all. The fried rice it came with was pretty good though.
The benti burrito was a gummy mess and did not taste good, so she decided to send it back after a single bite. As soon as we told the server, her first response is, “we don’t do returns”… Not an empathetic responce, not can I get you something else… nope.
We both found her comment very tacky and rude. At this point, we realize she never brought out the side salads either. So when she comes around, I ask her whether they’ll also be charging us for the salads she never brought out.
She then tells us they had removed the items from the bill but chose to do in a rude and loud way. Once she sets down the bill, she sarcasticly says “Yall have a GREAT day!”
Remember, if you’re in the service industry, which I was, you service.
The quality of said service affects your tip.

Great atmosphere however the food was so mid. Ordered a soft shell hand roll, there was no description of the hand roll and it came with caviar, didn’t know that until the hand rolled arrived and asked for it to be remade without the caviar and the chef said “you won’t taste it” as if that’s the point. Also the sushi rolls it’s self were very tiny, for the size it was you’d think it was $5. The best thing about going there was the shrimp yakisoba noodles. Also the happy hour has a 20% gratuity so what’s the point of a happy hour.

My wife and I love this place. At first I was a little skeptical about sushi and was not fond of it. But the first time I ever had sushi was at this location. I have to say it was delicious. The place is very inviting and family friendly. The art on the walls are awesome. But above all the food is amazing. Definitely coming back to this location.
