Awesome sushi and great prices. BUT ITS CLOSED. Since the last week of January, they’ve had I sign that says, “sorry, we’re closed” but the sign is still hanging on the building. I don’t know how much longer I can wait for awesome sushi. (That review from Valentine’s Day: I don’t know how they were able to even get seated, considering I haven’t seen the place open since shorty after New Years)

Prices for non all u can eat are high, so go for the all you can eat menu. My waitress was May, very nice girl and very informative. Loved the atmosphere and decor. The sushi and appetizers were amazing. Wait times are a bit long but everything is made to order, everything. So expect a real dining experience, not a fast food one. Highly recommend!
Update: unfortunately they’ve been closed for well over a year now.

This place spoiled me, ruined my ability to have sushi basically anywhere else. The food–all of it–is amazing. Took a friend here who hates eggs and most vegetables and seafood, and he loved the crab rolls and shrimp rolls and egg sashimi. They know how to do food right, here. And all you can eat? $20 is not nearly enough to pay for what we always end up getting. Fantastic food, fantastic deal, staff that is so friendly that it’s always the second thing my friends tell their friends about this place, right after the cuisine. Go out of your way to be sure not to miss this place.

love the soup and salad that come with the meal. had to ask for 2nd one. they are not unlimited, but she does not mind to get the 2nd one for me . so nice. ALL you can eat sushi, it is not buffet style, every rolls are made to order, LOVE IT, so fresh. I had to say SUSHI CLUB better than what I thought. if you love SUSHI, should definitely go and try out. I would 100% coming back

They have always had great customer service and great sushi! One of the best places in Dayton for all you can eat sushi. It has been a few months since we have been there.

Will be back. Went for lunch. Lots of choices. Wife had shrimp tempura bento box, I had four rolls of various sushi. All good. Very friendly and accomodating staff. LOTS of food for the money. How about a conveyor belt / colored plate option?? 😉

Overall not bad. Dinner didn’t start well. The dining room was not even half full, went on a weekday night during prime time. Yet it took over 30-35 minutes for me to get my first two rolls. Meanwhile my friend had his first two rolls in front of his plate after 20 (still way too long). He was polite enough to not start eating until I got my food, which made for an awkward table where we sat and stared at his plate full of sushi for a good 10-15 minutes. Drinks were pretty slow on the refill too. Considering the place wasn’t that busy, at this point I’m already thinking “two stars at best”. What is the point in unlimited sushi if it takes 30 minutes to get your first portions?
Eventually my food did arrive. It was pretty decent, comparable quality to Sake at the greene, perhaps slightly better. Portion sizes lean on the smaller end. We decide to risk it and order more sushi, despite the huge wait on the first two rolls. Our second course came in much quicker, about 10-15 minutes after ordering which is what I expect. Alright, one more star.
In the end they were profusely sorry for the mix ups and delays, ended up getting a small discount on the order (+1 more star!). I’m sure I just got unlucky.
Each meal comes with edamame, wonton crips+dip, and a small soup and salad (ask for Miso soup if you want it, otherwise you’ll get something else!). Sure its probably there to fill you up so you don’t spend so much on sushi, but it is still appreciated. For the future, I’d probably stick to Sake at the greene for take out since the sushi quality is comparable and it is much cheaper there. But this place is nicer to eat in, and you’ll get more bang for your buck if you order a lot of sushi.

I come here all the time before I go to marching band rehearsal. Very quick, but still high quality. And on top of all of that, fabulous prices. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
