Sushi was warm and lacked any texture or exciting flavors. Everything was covered in spicy mayo to make up for the poor taste.
Warm items were cold.
I’m actually concerned about food safety at this establishment following my visit.
There are better options for sushi in the area, and for $70 for two people, it shouldve been better. Wait staff were great and the ambiance was good too.

Tall Around The World
The sushi is so flavorful and the deep fried salmon is crispy and lush at the same time. I have to stop us from going here more than once a week, its just so good, esp the octopus.

Sushi “chefs” don’t care. They touch their nose and face and touch your food. Not changing gloves or washing hands. The soy sauce dishes are gross. They have sticker residue on it. The table walls and track is dirty. They don’t care.

Fish was all thawed from frozen as a lot are, but these were mushy salmon and the yellow tail. The calamari is overcooked in flavorless. The tempura shrimp in the roll is way overcooked. They cook a whole bunch off, sitting in a steam table sitting there getting overdone. I love sushi and I love promoting small places, but I will not be back.

We had a great experience at a conveyor belt place while we were in Japan and wanted to find a spot to go when we came back home. Was it the greatest sushi we ever had…probably not. But was it fun and exactly what we wanted to experience…YES! Everyone in our party was able to find their favorites and look for them as they came down the belt. Loved the option of ordering off the menu also.

Located off Cedar Hills Blvd this place has the potential to be one of the better conveyor sushi spots in Beaverton. Not sure what was missing on this visit but nothing really stood out and everything seemed just average. Food , Service , Atmosphere . Mahalo Sushi Chiyo!

This was by far the worst sushi experience I have had, to preface the review, I did not know that only 5 different items actually revolve on the belt, and it seems like even the raw fish stays on the belt for too long, the tempura sushi options are very bad, the batter is way too thick and there is no crunch to the tempura. Hard and room temp. It tastes as if they just have a bin of tempura shrimp that they make in the morning and use the entire day. I ordered the cream puffs aswell and they where actually ice cream puffs, completely frozen. This is excusable if I’m grabbing them out of the freezer at 2am in my underwear but not at a restaurant. The only thing good was the beer, but that’s because they didn’t make it. I am tempted to give them some grace and say that it might have just been a bad day but I won’t be back to find out. Sesame balls are okay.

I love Sushi and this is a great affordable place to sample all kinds of Sushi. They use a sushi boat system to move multi colored covered plates by all of the tables. Pick what you think look good. Check put the Happy Hour specials.

1st time having sushi chiyo, very delicious. The place is very up beat, nice atmosphere. Great music selection/genre. Sushi was refreshing. The belt was constantly being reloaded. Customer service is great .

This is honestly some of the best sushi I have ever had. When the track did not have something it was quickly prepared by special order. I do wish they had item descriptions next to the plates but that aside a wonderful experience.
