What an amazing experience! From the first sip of my yuzu lemonade, I knew this meal would not disappoint. Our chefs JB, Ricky, and Ali were so entertaining and knowledgeable about what they were serving us. Every single piece was delicious. The scallop is TO DIE FOR! At the end, DO THE BIG MAC, TRUST ME! The atmosphere is fun and upscale. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited here for dinner and truly enjoyed the experience. Staff and chefs were friendly and eager to provide anything you needed. The 17 courses are worth it, lots of variety. There are options after the seated dinner that you may add on. The restaurant also offers dessert.
Complementary valet is offered by the restaurant and I recommend to have a reservation

We visited Sushi by Bou a couple weeks ago for our anniversary. We decided to give the omakase experience a try after having an amazing experience at Sunset sushi in Boca. The reservation process was pretty seamless, we picked the 17 course. Upon arrival to PGA National it’s a bit tricky to find the location, wish there was a detailed explanation as to where the restaurant is located. We had to ask front desk for guidance. The restaurants AC is out of service so they did have multiple remote units to make the temperature enjoyable. There is no hostess stand , we also made the mistake of standing outside for a while waiting for someone to come out until we decided to just go in. We checked in for our reservation at the bar and were asked to sit at a table and enjoy a drink while we waited for the experience to begin. Once the chefs were ready we were asked to take our seats. The Chefs didn’t do any introduction they just started cranking courses which were all outstanding. The quality of the ingredients and fish were there. Eventually they started warming up a bit and interacting with all the guests. Comparing it to Sunset we would say is the same amount of course but you are doing it in 1hr so it does feel a bit rushed as opposed to 2hrs. We understood why they weren’t as warm as it is definitely a grind from start to finish while also preparing for the next seating. Another difference from Sunset is that they do experiment more with flavors, texture and the overall presentation of each course, while Sunset is more traditional and based on the quality and taste of the fish. Would we visit again? Yes! Was it worth every penny Yes!

I had such an incredible dining experience at Sushi by Bou last night. Chris, our bartender, crafted the best SPICY butterfly pea margaritas ️ and Nataliia made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Chef Ali took the omakase experience to another level with his skill and personality, making the evening truly memorable. This spot is perfect for a special night out. A wonderful way to dine in a very intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend it as a date spot! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks again

We decided, the company and the food were most important so we took an odd time of 3pm. So glad we did. It was quiet so we could hear each other and our chef. Each course was better than the one prior. The flavors built with a new favorite on each course. Our chef was personable and interactive. Sushi was unique and melts in your mouth. Be open to the experience. It was worth it.

We had so much fun! Our group of 12 all agreed that we are going to make sure to come here every time we stay at the PGA. Each sushi was perfectly made and they made it so memorable.
My favorite that was made was the Unagi. However, each sushi they brought out was fantastic and we all enjoyed every bite !

I had heard great things & was super excited to try…it did not disappoint! Had an amazing mezcal drink, and the lesser item menu, but should have done the bigger bougie. Every item was unique and ridiculously tasty! JB & the guys were awesome, making each course seem special for everyone there. It’s a great small & cozy space & everyone is involved. Sake shots for our bday celebration, and other menu items added after the last course. Get the big Mac! Seriously.
