We went and yall we ordered everything!
To start we ordered the cream cheese Rangoons, egg rolls and dumplings.
For sushi we ordered the potato roll, hot night roll, and salmon sushi!
For plates we ordered the yaki udon, shrimp fried rice, Korean short ribs, and the rice ball! Everything was so good! The hot nights roll and yaki udon was probably my fav! The service was amazing. They were attentive, friendly and sweet! And the price was super affordable!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant is very clean, affordable, and the food quality is excellent.
I especially want to highlight one of their sushi rolls with sweet plantain… OMG an absolute flavor explosion. Intense, well-balanced, and truly unforgettable.

I ordered the fried rice ball with shrimp at Sushi Brothers and WOW — it did not disappoint! The outside was perfectly crispy, the rice inside was warm and flavorful, and the shrimp were cooked just right. The sauces on top paired so well with the fresh avocado and added the perfect kick.
The portion was generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of the best sushi dishes I’ve had in Odessa. We’ll be back for sure! ✨

Honestly best sushi in odessa and midland the other spota just dont cut it, ive been looking for a good sushi place for a while and i found it; coming from a big city its definitely worth coming here, heres a photo of the after cause we ate like beasts we got the mango, crunchy and crazy roll

Fantastic. The sushi was good, super big. Be careful when you order. They’re literally twice as big as the competitor. I had to tap out. The hot green tea was great too. Definitely going back.

It’s a cute little place, but not what you expect a sushi place to look like inside. Not overly decorated with a Japanese theme.
You can sit anywhere. The lady who sat us and took our order was super sweet and made sure we had everything.
