I have been to Sushi Bros 3 times in the past 2 years and it’s been pretty good every time. I was skeptical about the Spam Roll but even that was tasty ! I choose to eat here instead of going Downtown for Sushi because Sushi Bros is in a suburban strip mall. My knees hurt and I wasn’t able to walk far. I will definitely go back again!

Bbq seared tuna chipotle, Hamachi Heaven
Bogus Roll, Boise fence, Meridian and Lucky Peak. Mussels as well which were one of the best we have had.

Food is always great here! The all you can eat lunch or dinner is the best deal in my opinion. Staff is always very friendly. My favorite is the Big Joe, upside down shrimp, ocean and Aria for hand rolls.

This place is amazing! We went last weekend looking for an all you can eat sushi place open late Sunday night. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was top-notch—our server went above and beyond, offering fantastic suggestions that turned out to be some of our favorite dishes of the night. Our absolute favorite were the dragon rolls.
As if that wasn’t enough, they surprised us with two free single rolls to try, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone to have a great experience.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We left not only full but also feeling appreciated as guests. This place has definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Most of the rolls broke apart when picked up.
Im a big sushi lover, ive been to numerous places and this one didnt meet quality. Ive had grocery store sushi better than this.
Please take more pride in your food and restaurant. You guys have potential to be something really great. Take initiative.

I have the distinct pleasure to absolutely rave about this place. You know, it’s difficult to find quality sushi these days. Moreover, it’s almost impossible to find quality all-you-can-eat sushi! Especially after having gotten spoiled while living in Vegas. But, this place has it all. Great quality! All-you-can-eat that’s under $30 bucks! And, actual sushi chefs that take pride and care in their preparation and welcoming, warm atmosphere. They even have a reduced young kids rate. You can’t go wrong! We will absolutely make the trip up from Twin Falls routinely, just for Sushi Bros. Thank for making us feel a part of your family and for some great food! Be sure to leave the chefs a tip in their jar on the way out–it’s the real deal.

I am always on the hunt for a new sushi spot, so I figured I would give this place a try. The service was very prompt and polite, which saves this from being a 1 star review. I ordered the California Deluxe roll to-go and was pretty surprised (in a bad way) about the quality. The rolls were sloppy and loose, and had imitation crab in them. The rice wasn’t fresh either, so the avocado was the nicest part of the roll.
I do not recommend this place at all. It is a shame, too, because the service and facility is so nice.

My teenage kiddo LOVES sushi & we were so excited to try a new place (to us!) We were quickly seated and he was excited to start the AYCE. I think he ended up going through 3 rolls & a few Nigiri. So worth the AYCE Price.
What I like most about this restaurant is that if you aren’t feeling like sushi, their dinner plates are AMAZING. From the soup to the fried rice, and my shrimp were booked perfectly. There’s a little TV and the team was very friendly! They checked our table constantly on a busy Saturday night!
We will definitely be coming back! Thank You!
