The food was outstanding! Sushi was fresh and the rice was just perfect texture. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The service was friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed every single bite of the food. It ia a treasure of Castle Pine for sure!

If I could give 100000 stars I would!! This place is so amazing!! We’ve lived in Castle Rock for about a year and were getting defeated because we couldn’t find good sushi!! Then one day I randomly saw this on maps and I’m SO GLAD I did!! Everything they had was amazing!! The sushi was so fresh, the miso soup was perfect and delicious, and the gyoza was amazingggg!! The beef fried rice was freaking delicious also!!! We had great service and great food and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! This is now our go-to sushi place and we can’t wait to try everything on the menu!!!

Great food, clean and updated interior. Loved the sushi, it all tasted great. Lots of great little things like the cute bowls and soy sauce dispenser. Loved that the ginger wasn’t full of dye like you see at some places. My ONLY complaint is I wish they had a small kids menu but otherwise it was a nice place to eat.

It’s nice to finally have a sushi restaurant in Castle Pines, let alone one that is a legitimate sushi experience. The fish was fresh, and dishes were delectable. The presentation of the dishes was nice as well. Highly recommend the Denver Roll if you are into sushi without the rice, and the rolls are . There’s ample seating during lunch, which is when I went. Looking forward to making this a regular dining spot!

My wife and I stopped by Sushi and Bowls and had an amazing experience. I have eaten sushi all over the world and this place is the best sushi I have ever had! The tuna was buttery and the fresh water eel was an experience to be had! The chef’s presentation of the Denver roll was beautiful and the monkey brain roll is unique and a must try! They made the gyoza from scratch and it was cooked to perfection. This is definitely our new sushi go-to! You have to give Sushi and Bowls a try!

We are thrilled to find a sushi restaurant in Castle Pines. We give this restaurant an “A”. To start things off, the salad and dressing were great. The rolls were tasty and fresh especially the Denver Roll and the Firecracker Rolls. Service was second to none!! The owner came over and asked us if everything was o.k. and wanted to ensure we were happy. You must try and try again. You will NOT be disappointed.

Great sushi place. It’s a little pricy, but that’s the economy right now. Try the castle pines roll, spicy Cali roll, veg tempura and definitely the mackeral nigiri!
