Great restaurant, Amazing sushi, great staff. All in all this place was amazing! The staff are super friendly and service was great. The sushi was very good. We got the monster and starry night rolls and gyozas as an appetizer. The rolls are pretty good. The restaurant is small but cozy with bar seating. If you’re looking for a large group I would recommend calling ahead first to see if they can accommodate. If you’re in the area I would highly recommend checking this pace out.

Went here with my partner for a date night. The sushi was great, lots of unique and interesting options. I really loved the ikura(salmon roe and the lava baked roll. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Cute little spot nearby, definitely will come again:)

Sushi Blossom in Spokane is one of those places that quietly sets the bar higher without trying too hard. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and intentional. The dining room is cozy without feeling cramped, making it an easy choice for a relaxed date night where conversation comes naturally and nothing feels rushed.

The staff truly stands out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There’s a calm confidence in how they work, checking in at the right moments and making sure everything is just right without hovering. That kind of service makes the experience feel personal and comfortable, especially for a sit-down dinner meant to be enjoyed slowly.

As for the food, every dish we tried was excellent. The sushi was fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, with clean flavors that didn’t rely on excess sauce or gimmicks. It’s the kind of sushi that reminds you why simplicity, when done well, matters. Even better, the pricing feels fair for the quality you’re getting, which makes the experience feel like a genuine value rather than a splurge.

Overall, Sushi Blossom delivers on all fronts: great food, incredible staff, and a cozy setting that’s perfect for date night. If you’re in Spokane and looking for sushi done right, this spot is absolutely worth your time.

My new favorite little sushi place! The food is amazing, and I love how the menu is set up so you can tell what’s cooked or not.

This was our first time here and it was easy to find (we are not in Spokane all the time). The service was quick and as attentive as possible given one server was covering both inside/outside tables (he was personable and provided recommendations as well). We were seated immediately and the wait for our food was short, which makes it a great option for those trying to visit on business/on a tight lunch window.

The food was really excellent and well presented. The seaweed salad appetizer was fine to split and we had leftovers after ordering 2 rolls each. Overall, it was a delicious and efficient lunch—thanks for the great experience which helped make my Dad’s birthday a great day!

This is by far the best restaurant for this food in town. Thought a big chain in town was the best PF something like that, but hands down this restaurant has been the best every time dinning in and to go orders are quick, coming right off the grill every time. The crunch rolls great usually have to get 2 of them . The teriyaki salmon is the wife’s favorite. I love the beef or chicken teriyaki spicy yokisoba noodles. Everything we’ve tried on the menu is delicious. If you haven’t been their your missing out on some delicious fresh food.

I have to tell you, I came here with some expectations that were in line with the Star rating of their reviews. However, I was intensely disappointed. The service was decent enough, although the waitress only had limited knowledge of their menu and fish choices. I have eaten at many sushi restaurants and have a pretty good expectation of sushi quality relative to price.

The ordered some edemame to start with and it was not good. It tasted like it was overcooked and then reheated. The beans were soft and a bit mushy.

I ordered a variety of nigiri and others in the group ordered other items. It took almost 50 minutes to get our food. They forgot one of our items and said they would get it. I waited another 5 minutes before eating hoping it would arrive. It didn’t. Nor did it arrive before were were done with our meal. I had to tell them to cancel it. I was disgusted. A customer whose meal has been served is supposed to get first priority in the kitchen for any adjustments to their food. Not here apparently.

The Sashimi is of average quality for a run of the mill sushi restaurant. Their prices suggest otherwise as do the reviews. Folks in Spokane clearly have lower standards of which this place is their special gem. In other markets this place would quickly fail. Other shortfalls are the very poor quality wasabi and the upon soup as well as the sushi “chefs”.

We ordered the udon soup plain as stated on the menu and assumed like most other places this meant noodles and broth. Nope. It included fish roll slices, a compliment of vegetables and other items. Plain at this place means no meat.

The wasabi wouldn’t dissolve in soy sauce but rather broke up into small pieces.

The sushi chefs were not what you might expect.

I will not be back. Spent well over 100 dollars for 3 people
