The first week I tried Sushi Bako, I ate it for lunch 4/7 days. The dishes are fresh, aromatic, and the sushi is fantastic! I have only ordered delivery from the food cart, so I don’t have a rating for atmosphere, however, I can attest to really quick delivery (20 mins/avg) and everything arriving hot, fresh and tasting great.
Highly recommend the Tobiko Roll, Good Day Roll and Asparagus Roll. The Pot stickers are the best in town, hands down and the dipping sauce amazing! Both the Chicken Teriyaki (the chicken tastes fresh not frozen) and Tofu Teriyaki bowls are so fresh and delicious.

Sushi rolls are huge and what i had was good. I do wish they would give more soy sauce though. I am traveling and don’t have access to more and with a huge order, only gave me a couple. The crab rangoons are good, wish they came with sauce. Gyozas are good but the soy type sauce is very vinegary and i did not care for it.

Love this little food cart! Great sushi, made to order. Fresh ingredients. Often have to wait 15 minutes, but it’s well worth it. The asparagus roll is my favorite. Great customer service as well!

The BEST katsu chicken I have tasted around this area! The sushi, miso, and pot stickers were so so good. Everything had great quality, so much flavor, and the service was excellent. I have been here twice so far and same quality every time!

Amazing fresh food! I’m so upset that it took me this long to try this place, definitely some of the better sushi in the area. The young man at the counter did a fantastic job and was great at customer service. The food itself is perfect, well packaged, and is nice and warm like fresh sushi should be. The inari is SO GOOD!

It may say they’re open, but I just waited 20 minutes and no one came to the window, even after trying to get someone’s attention from inside. Don’t even bother trying to call the phone number listed on their sign, as it doesn’t even ring before telling you it’s unavailable. Don’t think you can sell much food if people can’t even order from them.

Got the Golden Cali Roll, Lobster Roll, Calamari and Crab Rangoons. Everything came out to $44. The sides were pretty bad and the main rolls didn’t have very much flavor. Definitely not worth the price.
