Life-Changing Sushi Experience at Sushi Badaya Highland Park
I have to admit, I was never a fan of sushi actually, I had never even tried it until a friend invited me to Sushi Badaya in Highland Park. Little did I know, this visit would completely change my perspective on sushi and food in general.
The quality of the sushi here is beyond extraordinary. I tried eel for the very first time, and to my surprise, it was absolutely incredible! The variety of sushi they offer is unmatched, and every single piece is crafted with care and precision. The chef even prepared a special king crab roll for me, which was so unforgettable it has me planning my next visit already.
The freshness of the fish is something I’ve never experienced before it’s on a whole other level. The restaurant itself is impeccably clean and sanitary, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the servers are some of the most attentive and friendly I’ve ever encountered.
Sushi Badaya turned me, someone who had spent a lifetime avoiding sushi, into a huge fan in just one visit. This place is nothing short of amazing, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you’re a sushi enthusiast or even a skeptic like I was, this is the spot to visit. Thank you, Sushi Badaya, for opening my eyes to a whole new world of incredible flavors!

Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the main course. The service and presentation were superb. Most importantly, the fish was fresh! We’ll be coming back for sure!

Truly excellent food and service all around! The waiters and chefs were so kind and friendly and the sushi was amazing. They have an open kitchen and make all the sushi out in front where you can see. We had three types of sushi: moon river, giant crab crunch, and original dragon. My personal favorite was the moon river! Will be coming back again!

My cocktail was tasteless, I ordered sex on the beach and it was not good. Sushi was Ok but my husband ordered their Cod for dinner ano it was not seasoned and very bland. The service was good our server was really nice and friendly. But I don’t think we will go here again. Not worth the money.
