The food here’s great. The service lacks. A lot. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, dining in and take out. Today was take out. I called the store, the girl took my order, and while I was asking a question, she hung up on me. When I saw the hostesses, no smile, no welcome, just a sour face. Told her about the hang up and she just kind of looked at me and walked off. No apology, nothing. Even if she wasn’t the one who hung up on me, she should have apologized on behalf of the restaurant. Terrible service! And I’ve had bad service inside as well. I’m just done. I can get the same food at another place. FYI: There is no convenient parking if you are getting a to-go order. You have to park somewhere along the massive building and walk quite a distance. If you do get a to go order, make sure to check it before you leave. My order was often incorrect.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I had dinner at Sushi Axiom last week, and what started as a normal evening turned into one of the most disgusting dining experiences I’ve ever had. About halfway through eating a bowl of noodles, I noticed something unusual buried beneath the noodles. To my horror, it was a *baby cockroach* — fully intact and clearly cooked with the dish.
I immediately called over the server, expecting shock. Instead, the response was disturbingly casual. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned that I had just eaten from a dish contaminated with an insect. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a serious health hazard. I can’t believe a restaurant can operate with such low hygiene standards.
Needless to say, I will never return. I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here — if a cockroach made it onto my plate, who knows what’s happening in that kitchen.

We entered the restaurant which boasts of a beautiful waterfall as you walk in. You are quickly greeted at the host stand. It’s right by the door, convenient to help you find a table. We sat down at a four top and a lovely blonde, waitstaff young lady came over to help us. She was very attentive and very helpful, and we were really really fortunate to have such a great person helping us.
I ordered vegetable tempura, which were on point, warm, crispy cooked and everything that we had was delicious, and hot. Our waitstaff brought us whatever we needed right away. I am highly giving this place five stars because they are always always on point with service, with food value prices, with a taste, temperature of the food, cleanliness, and everything. It is definitely a jewel in the Montgomery Plaza area.

Delicious axiom and Texan roll. Came here for my birthday and they gave me a free virgin cocktail which btw was delicious. Been coming for years about once every 6 months and the rolls are always tasty.

I had a great time. We were celebrating August birthdays and made reservations to have dinner here. The service was great. Our server explained the many options available. She kept our drinks replenished nicely. Our sushi was fantastic. My husband’s was spicy and flavorful. My temptation roll was excellent.

The wife and I went to Sushi Axiom last night after seeing some great reviews online.
We were not disappointed!
There was no wait even though it was Saturday night. The server was very friendly and attentive checking on us often.
The highlight of the night was the Sushi!!!
The Sashimi Salmon and a spicy Tuna melted in my mouth. The rolls were excellent as well!
We will definitely be back!

Food was good and very tasty. Loved the Dynamite Scallop Roll which was amazing. T
Some were a little too pricy and service was a tad slow but I do think they were down with wait staff and our poor server was really stressed. I feel for them that the fact they have to work so hard manning so many tables beyond their capabilities. However kudos to still keeping up and giving customers the best. I hope they are paid well and they deserve the 20% if not more.
