Wish I had discovered this place sooner!
Cute and clean sushi restaurant.
Everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The gomae salad was wonderful—perfectly balanced and delicious. The sushi rice was just right: well-seasoned and clearly made with care. All the fish was incredibly fresh, with clean, good sized cuts that really impressed me.
The service was just as memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind—always making sure we had what we needed without ever feeling overbearing. Even small touches like tea refills were handled with such care.
Really looking forward to coming back. A great experience all around.
Highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t!

I tried their Lunch A with chicken, the teriyaki chicken was good along with tempura. However, the california roll wasn’t the best. Miso soup was cold, and the gyoza very ordinary. The portion size if good though.

Our family comes here every other month from Victoria. Since our first visit 15 years ago they remember our preferences and dietary restrictions. The service is amazing and the sushi is phenomenal. The miso soup is the best around, and the ginger is delicious. They even make us special rolls not on the menu. If we could give it ten stars we would! The sushi is just so good we do not want to eat sushi in Victoria anymore.

Sushi Avenue is one of the top 3 sushi restaurants in the Langley area. They don’t use farmed salmon and have an amazing ebi mayo. It is one of my go to restaurants and is very consistent in their quality.
The pictures attached are from a takeout order but in person the presentation is quite nice.
Service is always good via phone or in person. My only gripe is if you use the online ordering for takeout they automatically slap a 15% tip on it.
Parking can be hard to find at times being a busy complex with a Tim Hortons. But

Stopped by for lunch today, it was busier than expected but I can see why. Even though it was busy, service was prompt and friendly. Sushi was fresh. I’ll definitely stop by here next time.

Oh that I could go back in time, to tell my youthful self what experiences await. And perhaps alter the timeline so that I did not have to spend half of my life in the dark and dreary state before I knew the Happy Roll! If you have not tried it, why do you bother eating? All other sushi is just tasteless mush soaked in soy sauce to help it find a meaningful existence. Happiness isn’t happiness without a Happy Roll.
