My wife and I love this place. It is the Best Sushi AI anywhere, and I have been to many of them! The food always looks and tastes fresh. The selection is just right! The best thing though, is the staff. They are the friendliest people anywhere. I think of then as family. When I come in, they recognize me. They always make small talk and reference things from previous visits. They actually care about what’s going on in my life. They even know what I am going to drink before I have sat down. I cannot reccomend this location enough.

Allow me to be the first to say as a person who enjoys quality food I as well enjoy appreciate quality service. Since moving to the St Charles area back in 2020. Me and my wife being the sushi lovers that we are, was looking for a place that we could truly enjoy outstanding food, welcoming energy and above it all too tier customer service. Please allow me to be very honest with you when I say this. Five stars is cheating this restaurant they are beyond worthy of 10 plus star. The food is always great and more importantly always on time. Absolutely love Sushi Ai! This is by far my favorite restaurant — they have the best sushi around and their appetizers are unbeatable. The crab Rangoon is perfectly crispy, the soup is always delicious, and everything tastes fresh every single time.

Sushi presentation was amazing. We ordered our food and didn’t expect a showstopper model of sushi to come out we were greatly surprised. The ambience was great. All employees were super helpful. This is the best place to get sushi without a doubt. The servers are extremely nice, are very attentive, and provide some of the best service you can get. My wife and I love coming here on dates and the staff remembering the food we usually order. Well worth the time and money.

Just picked up an order from here. We have been doing take out for years and never had a problem till tonight. We ordered 2 plates of chicken hibachi, it is always on point but tonight not so much. The zucchini is not fresh, you can tell by how discolored it was. As soon as you take a bite it is very mushy, not the crunch it normally has and same with broccoli as well. The chicken, unfortunately my mom and I had a couple of pieces that were not edible. They were really hard. Flavor overall was lacking its normal taste.
