Best place in Hobart for fresh delicious take away sushi, I have been going here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Lots of gluten free options and if they don’t have it made they will make it fresh for you while you wait. Prices are a little higher than other places though I’m happy to pay more for freshness and quality ingedience.

I’ve only ever had great experiences at Sush! I think the price is totally fair (even cheap in comparison to other lunch options (!)) given the ingredients and the rolls are far superior quality to the other shops around . This in addition to the flexible opening hours make Sush the only place I’ll buy sushi from in Hobart

Overpriced sushi, low quality and they environment as excuse for soy sauce that should be complementary with each sushi you buy as a takeaway but yet they still sell it! Not coming back won’t recommend. Plenty other places that treat customers fair and won’t rip ppl off

1. I did not talk about the taste, but low quality compared to price and I actually doubt customers experience is important to you as you say taste is a choice of customer.
2. I’m happy you admit your price is higher then actual market price, but it’s good to know it doesn’t make your sushi better.
3. If you want to reduce plastic waste by not giving necessary sushi additives you shouldn’t SELL them as well. Otherwise it will come across as you are abusing environment as an excuse to put money in your own pocket.
