The margaritas were great, perfectly balanced, not too sweet, super smooth. The fajitas came out sizzling with tender, and well-seasoned. Amazing service and everything was quick to table. Highly recommend. Will be coming back.

First time to Marquez, TX and we wanted to find a place to come and have drinks. I will say the skinny margarita is not good.
The Strawberry/Mango margarita is better. The queso with meat is okay but when I asked for jalapeños on the side they put them in it.
My daughter got rice and beans and she’s picky but thought it was good.
I would say the atmosphere is not great, music was not giving the feels and when I asked to change the music the just replayed the same shit.

Waited 20 minutes to place my order, ordered combo fajitas and added 3 shrimp for 5.99…
They want to charge 2.00 for a jalapeno. Get my food and for almost 25.00 i get 3 strips of beef, 3 strips of chicken and 3 shimp. The people next to me mentioned they have been open over a year and they have never had tamales because ” noone ever orders them”. I legit almost tried ordering them.
Update, the steak, chicken, rice and beans were terrible and the corn tortillas were straight out of the bag to the plate.. better believe it

The highlight was the Dr. Pepper and clean restrooms.
Salsa was flavorless, just tomatoes with pepper flakes: Ordered Juan Trio, the meat was either old or it was left under the heat lamps too long or both. Pretty bad when the meat looks like dark fudge with rubber taste. Carnitas were way overcooked and super greasy. We got seated at 1:45, food arrived at 2:39…never got queso. yeah Food, Service definitely lacked. I’ll put it this way, the Mex is missing in Tex-Mex. Will not return.

My husband and I wanted to try this place out for my birthday. We were not disappointed!! Lucas, our server was attentive, thoughtful and professional!! I had the fried avocado and it was one of the best I had. My husband went on about the ground beef in his taco, the chili sauce on his enchilada and the beans. Oh those beans reminded me of home!! Thank you for a great meal and very pleasant atmosphere. And don’t get me started on the frozen margarita!! We will be back.

Secondly I ordered fajitas. 36 minutes later I still had no food. The waitress came over and confirmed she had looked it up, 36 minutes and still no food.
I told her I had to leave. Can you believe they told me I still had to pay for food I was never served??!!

The food was really good. The guacamole was great. They had fresh fruit drinks that everyone loved. Half of us ordered tacos de lengua (tongue) which were excellent! Our waiter was super attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered for take out and food was very unsatisfactory. The fajita meat on my taco salad and on my husband’s street tacos was burnt and very hard and dry. The amount of the food was slim, to say the least I will never ever eat here again and do not recommend it for anyone else to. And I have never left a bad review I have always been able to find something good to say but I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. Unfortunately I chose to eat here due to we are working out of town and it was my birthday, bad choice, souch for a good birthday dinner.

I stopped here to eat based on a local recommendation. I waited quite a while for my food. The waitresses were very attentive. I finally got my meal which was the stuffed avocado. I cut into it and it looked like mushrooms? It did not look appetizing at all. They said it was beef. I had ordered chicken fajita meat. I left. I was not willing to wait again. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Horrible service multiple tables came in after we ordered and got there food before we did when they came in 20 minutes after us. When we asked them why everyone was getting the food before us they said it was because they had a smaller amount of people and it is easier to get the food to them. When the food finally did arrive it was not even the correct stuff we ordered
