Good food, lots of options, self ordering makes it easier to try out various things. Mini rice bowl was good. The bento box style was alright. Rice bowl was quite filling. Service was a bit slow but not bad. I think on Friday evening they get lots of Uber Eats kind of orders which makes the in store a bit slow but manageable. Enough parking around. They have lots of very hot sauce options that sound scary, so we did not try those. We will go there again.

Sus Hi Eatstation in Lake Nona is a fun, flavorful, and fresh dining experience that stands out from the usual quick service restaurants. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff who make the experience enjoyable and easy, especially if it’s your first time building your own bowl, roll, or burrito. The service is impressively fast, and even during busy hours, the team keeps things moving efficiently while maintaining a great attitude.

The food itself is where Sus Hi really shines. Every bite is packed with flavor from the perfectly seasoned rice to the wide variety of proteins, toppings, and sauces that let you customize your meal exactly the way you want it. The portions are huge, so you definitely get your fill. It’s the kind of place where you can eat half your bowl and still have plenty left to take home. The variety is also fantastic; whether you’re craving sushi rolls, rice bowls, or a unique sushi burrito, there’s something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options.

While prices are a little on the higher side compared to other fast casual spots, the quality, freshness, and generous serving sizes make it worth it. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and put care into each order. The restaurant is always clean and well organized, and the overall vibe is upbeat and welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or takeout night.

Overall, Sus Hi Eatstation – Lake Nona delivers on flavor, quality, and service. It’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys bold, customizable meals with a creative twist. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area!

This was the first visit for me, I was looking forward for this, but left disappointed. My sushi was so loose I could only eat it with a fork. Kimchi very mild flavored. Service was good. Did not like that all the floors were stickey. Also, no green tea? That would be a good idea for a sushi spot. It will definitely be a while if ever that I will visit again.

Because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, I’m writing a review to make people aware to check their food before they leave the location.
I ordered a create your own roll with sliced cucumber, avocado, tempura flakes, new spicy tuna, spicy krab, deep fried, mango, tempura flakes, and black sesame seeds.
I received a roll with cream cheese in it, spicy krab, cucumber, no avocado, no mango, no tempura flakes, I don’t think spicy tuna and it was deep fried.
I called the store to talk to the manager, expecting a do over or a refund, because this wasn’t the first time that the Lake Nona location has gotten my order wrong, but it hasn’t been as bad as today.
I explained that I create my own roll every time because I’m highly lactose intolerant and can’t have cream cheese.
The manager placed the call on hold and confirmed with the staff to come back to the call and tell me that I was wrong about my order and he has confirmed with his staff that the order was issued correctly.
He also said that there was nothing he could do about it since his staff had confirmed that the order was correct.
I told the manager that I would drive back with the roll to show him the error, but he told me that there was no need for that, as I could have altered the ordered to my advantage.
This will be the last time I visit this location although I live in Lake Nona.
I rather pay a bit more at Nona Sushi where they have never gotten my order incorrectly and I’m sure that if I ever had a problem as such, they would try to correct the situation.
This store gets a D on my book, but the alledged manager gets an F- for his lack of attention to customer service and detail.
I was a loyal customer until today.
In expecting a call from the alleged manager tomorrow with my refund processed for the roll in question.

I’ve been to Sus Hi Eatstation a few times and generally, the food is pretty solid. I’ve tried several bowls, burritos, and appetizers, and most of it is tasty and consistent. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed with the service. The crew on shift seemed more focused on goofing around than on customers. They were slapping butts and playing with food right in front of people waiting for their orders, which felt unprofessional.

When they were preparing our edamame, they over-poured the seasoning and tried to shake it off over the trash can, but then decided to just drench it in oil instead—definitely not the kind of attention to detail I want when it comes to food prep. It was a bit unsettling to witness, and honestly, it took away from the experience.

Food is usually on point here, but the service this time didn’t match up. Hoping this was just an off day for the staff.

Loved everything about Sushi eatstation! The food was super fresh and delicious, definitely a 10/10. Rose and Romen were awesome and made the experience even better. Service was quick, and I’d totally recommend the Crab Rangoon with spicy mayo, so good

Living in this neighborhood for almost 8 years, didn’t know about this place until coincidentally watched a TikTok and seemed appealing. Stopped by at a Sunday for an early dinner. Was first time and had no idea what to order. Stood at the touch screen and had no clue about the size and quantity. When asked for help from staff, didn’t get much help.
Anyway, ordered what I pictured and found a table to eat. Had to clean the table from previous customers. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, finally the food arrived. It seems they concentrated more on delivery orders more than store customers.
Food came and was shocked about the size. Was good food while I was hungry. Took the remaining food home against my normal practice.
For me, it’s a one time try but I don’t think I’ll be a fan or repeat customer. You can try and find out for yourself.

Easy online ordering and pick up system. We love the selections and that we can build our own bowls and sushi rolls. Everything tastes fresh and amazing. We love the white sauce and the sweet soy sauce. It compliments the meals very well. Overall great food, quick and friendly service.

I usually come here and enjoy the sushi bowls or rolls. Lately I have noticed the quality decreasing. Today was the nail on the coffin, the rice was overcooked and gooey like glue, I didn’t even eat one piece before spitting out. The chicken was hard and stale. It tasted like chewing through hard cardboard. For a 10 dollar roll it seemed like a scam. It’s a shame because this used to be my favorite place for unique sushi rolls. Never will go again and do not recommend.

Very disappointing experience. 4 out of 5 of our orders were incorrect. Burritos should have been fried and they were not. There’s a reason they call it a FRY me a river. They gave us a small bowl instead of a regular size bowl for one of the meals. These three they remade. The fourth item was supposed to be a bowl with spicy tuna. The website shows whole chunks of spicy tuna. What we received looked more like the spicy krab and tasted like cat food. When this was addressed with the manager his response was that they changed the recipe, acknowledged it was misrepresented, and said their policy is not to refund or remake new items. This location has been slipping for a while and will no longer be a go to lunch spot after this experience.
