I’m really disappointed with my order. We specifically ordered a roll with cream cheese, and it’s clearly written on the receipt. But what we received has absolutely no cream cheese in it. How is this even acceptable?
On top of that, the rolls are so tiny that even my pinky finger is thicker than them.
We paid for a specific item and did not get what we ordered. This is misleading and very unprofessional. I hope the restaurant takes responsibility and fixes this issue!

I went in at 10:14 accidentally thinking the store was opened. I got looked at more like stared at like if I was an idiot, it was just uncomfortable. They should’ve had the doors locked till open if that’s their response to their own mistake. There was one employee who told me they were open at 11:00 in a respectful tone which I appreciate cause I didn’t like that I was just looked at by the others disrespectfully. Anyways I come back later and made an online pick up order. Idk if it’s because I didn’t tip but I paid for Cheetos and I’ve gotten this plenty times before and it doesn’t look like this. Also I only removed jalapeños. I don’t get why my burrito only has meat and Mac and cheese. I don’t know why it felt like almost everything else was removed too. I didn’t taste any bacon nor onions. I don’t really complain for mistakes sometimes I get it but I’m paying like $20 for just one burrito and all these things are missing. I just want a refund cause this was too expensive to not get what I paid for.

The food is amazing here. The burrito had the right amount of spiciness and kick to it. I got the Cluckin’ Good Burrito. Highly recommend.

Convenient location in Altamonte Springs. I had troubles in the past with orders not including avocado as requested or messing up the whole order. They always made it right though, so definitely appreciated. I really enjoy Sus Hi Eatstation (I went on multiple locations around Orlando), the bowls are big portions and fulfilling. Lots of choices of proteins etc to add. Prices unfortunately have increased but thankfully the quality seems to always be the same. Crab Rangoon are great. The actual sushi rolls look appealing and are tasty. If you are looking for a quick sushi stop, this is the place. Just make sure to order in advance because it takes at least 15-20 minutes usually to be ready. You can order through their App or Uber Eats or at the kiosk inside.

Really great place and I am happy that I stop by! I order the bowl and they got lots of options and it tasted great, highly recommend the katsu chicken it is delicious! When they said spicy it is really spicy so gotta be careful. This is my first time visit and I downloaded their app to collect points and at the same time, they gave me $8 off which is really nice deal. Definitely will be back! Great experience.

We were dining in at Sus Hi last night around 6:30/7pm and the to-go orders were coming in fast. The team was KILLING IT! The lead (Sam, I think) was alerting walk-ins to the 20-30 minute wait and the three chefs were working fast and efficiently. Our order took around 20 minutes (which is a fault of their system taking non-stop to-go orders and no fault of the lovely staff!) but it was perfect! Food was fresh and delicious.

The food is good except the dumplings they are mini dumplings and over cooked, the size is too small for the price. Other meals are good and enough, I like the taste and texture.
The disposables are the good quality and design.
