I visited Surin of Thailand after it came highly recommended by one of my friends. We were greeted instantly and quickly found some seats at the bar. Sebio (hope I spelled that correctly) was fantastic and he made the most amazing drinks. My friend and I ordered the soho lychee martinis and my coworker ordered a ginger martini (I cant remember the specific name). We ordered La Proud Lamb, Panang Curry, and the Thai BBQ chicken from the lunch special which came with the coconut soup. The food was good, but the soup really stood out for me. I’d never had it before, but I found it to be one of the most delicious things I’d ever eaten. Definitely give this place a try! Go see Sebio!

Stopped in for lunch and the food was good, reasonably priced and packed with flavor. The complimentary soup was a highlight. The Surin Basket appetizer was fun as well.

There’s only street parking so choose wisely. It was really dim inside but lots of seating.
We got chicken pad Thai and Penang curry with pork. One bowl of rice wasn’t enough for the curry, but it was fragrant and tasty. We asked for level 2 spice for both, but it wasn’t spicy at all (no kick or heat)!

Absolutely amazing food! I got the classic pad thai which was among the best renditions i’ve had in some time. The atmosphere was great even when the party I was with got a little rowdy! I definitely recommend coming here for a fun night with great food!

Thai food simply does not get better than this. The authenticity and consistency they maintain is incredible!
My favorite dishes are the Satay Chicken Skewers, Thai Spicy Basil Fried Rice (very mild spice), Massaman Curry, Green Curry, and Spring Rolls. My friends also love the Pad See Ew and Crispy Basil Duck.
Please do yourself a favor and pay a visit, for incredible food and service.

So, I have been eating here for over 20yrs the food is consistently Fabulous! There Chicken Coconut Soup is to die for you absolutely must try it! And I often find myself getting the Nur Nom Tok Thai Spicy for Dinner it’s another one of there delicious dishes. Whether finishing off with a Thai Tea or a Wonderful Fresh Ginger Martini you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered an assortment of things. My wife loved her Fresh Basil Rolls. But my daughter and I shared Pad Thai, and it didn’t agree with us.:/
Also had 3 appetizers. The calamari was not edible. It was like eating hard rubber bands. The chicken wings weren’t bad, but a little dry. The dim sum was so-so.
Someone highly recommended this place, so we were a disappointed.

I can’t understand how this restaurant doesn’t have a better rating.
The food is flavorful and authentic. The kitchen is however conscious of spice levels – any dish can be made spicy but if you do not ask, they will prepare it as mild. I ordered everything mild so that I could taste the nuances in the curries and meats. It was delicious. So much so that I returned a few days later and order things spiced up. Equally as good, great presentation, and the wait staff is constantly checking on you to make sure everything is perfect. Really enjoy this restaurant and I’m glad I tried them out!

We had an unfortunately negative experience tonight after our car was booted in the parking lot behind Surin of Thailand despite having paid for parking. Food, service and atmosphere were all decent however waiting for an hour after we got out of the restaurant to wait for someone to unboot our car despite, from what we can see, following all the parking rules and payment procedures, really spoiled the night.
While we understand that the parking behind the restaurant may not be owned or operated by Surin, we do feel that the experience is relevant to report and review here and hope the restaurant will work with the parking operators in the area to provide better service other than having to wait days to file a dispute and ask for our $75 boot fee back.
