Biggest rip-off ever. Should have gone to Chipotle. Spent $90 on four people and saw better lettuce on a leftover Subway sandwich left on the counter for a week. Such a lackluster meal. So disappointed and feel ripped off. Shame on you for charging over $16 for microwaved fish.

Surfside is our go-to lunch spot near work, and my coworkers and I absolutely love it. The tacos are always fresh and flavorful— truly the best around. The Mexican-California vibe is spot on, and the bowls, chips, and salsa never disappoint. The indoor-outdoor seating adds to the chill, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll be back again and again. 10/10!

My friends and I really enjoyed our experience here. We sat indoors right by the outdoor patio. Our group dined on a Tuesday where the taco Tuesday special was an extra taco with the 2 tacos that are already included. You can pick and choose whether you want the same kind of taco or something different.
We ordered the Island Nachos, birria, Cabo San Lucas and Maui tacos. The consume broth was so rich and the Branzino was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious and made fresh. The food came out very fast. Yes the prices are at a premium here but you get a lot of protein and some rice with the entrees as well. Our server was great and parking was free after 5 pm during the week.

Truly impressive from start to finish. The restaurant combines excellent quality with a welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and carefully executed. The staff maintained a friendly and respectful attitude throughout the visit. A perfect example of how a dining experience should be delivered.

If you love tacos, burritos, etc., this place is absolutely delicious. It’s also unique in the sense that all of the food is made to order. Therefore, you order a steak burrito and the steak hits the grill, cooked sliced and placed in a tortilla for you. Their food isn’t pre-made, (except for things like brisket but that’s still made daily). They use fresh vegetables and herbs, really it’s amazing the difference it makes. They also have a bar with a handful of house cocktails, like margaritas, that are some of the best I’ve had.
They have a large dining room, high tops, bar counter and a secondary dining room as well as a separate taco stand for to go orders. They are open late and close at 11pm. They also have satellite locations like the taco stand in Dupont Circle that is open really late and you can have delivered via Doordash and I’m sure other delivery services.
This place has been around a while and is an absolute gem! I highly recommend it.

Ordered the tuna pokey appetizer, which was very good. Had the huevos rancheros, eggs Benedict minus the pork, and waffles. All Was very good. However, I found the huevos rancheros had way too much cheese for me. I’ve eaten here many times and recommend this nice restaurant. Good customer service, free parking.

This casual, dog-friendly Tenley Town Mexican eatery offers an accessible atmosphere where patrons can bring their dogs to outdoor seating areas. The food is simply amazing. We started with the Bermuda Triangle tortilla chips which came with creamy queso that was smooth, rich and had a memorable indulgent texture. The spicy salsa was vibrant and fresh and was also memorable for its fiery heat . For my main, I had the hearty Andros steak burrito. It had succulent, huge pieces of steak, perfectly complemented by the sweetness of corn, the bright acidity of fresh tomatoes, all nestled in a fragrant yellow rice. Overall service was positive and cheerful. This was simply a great Mexican dining experience.

NEVER eat here. I got horrific food poisoning from the shrimp salad. I’ve never been so sick in my entire life. Even more concerning seeing other reviews with people with similar experiences.
Would never expect from an establishment like this to get food poisoning but something is seriously filthy in that kitchen to cause multiple instances of food poisoning.
