Paid $13 because I added sweet cream. First of all $3 is too much for a drizzle of sweet cream. Then, I thought the sweet cream was spoiled after tasting it because the taste was very strange for the flavors we picked. The guy working let us take it off and add more syrup BUT we quickly found out that it’s actually the syrups that are terrible. They all taste VERY salty tasting. We ended up throwing it in the trash!

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but the service near the Foodland location wasn’t great. It was slow and noone inside and The women helping us messed up our order- instead of simply adjusting the order she wanted us to pay an extra 8 bucks. People can have off days, so no judgment– but with so many great shave ice spots on Maui, this isn’t one I’d return to.

Their flavors were great, their syrups use real sugarcane syrup. But what was even better was Gabriel’s service and dedication to treat his customers well, despite long lines. The way he managed the store alone, the guy deserves a raise. And that is the reason I’ll visit again!

This was probably the worst shave I’ve we had the whole trip (not light/fluffy, bigger chunks of ice you crunch on like you get on the mainland). Not sure if the surly teenage girl working right when they opened didn’t care or was just bored? But all around was not a win! So many other good spots to try I’d avoid this one

Arguably the worst snow cone in Maui. Tastes like dirty water was used for the ice. Any other spot is better.
