My 10-year-old son and I recently visited this water park, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. It started pouring rain, and due to policy, the umbrellas had to be closed. Instead of keeping our belongings dry, a staff member carelessly placed them on a lounge chair in the rain, soaking everything—wallets, clothes, money, absolutely everything.
We then went to the restaurant, which was overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to move. After a long wait, we finally ordered, only to wait an additional 40 to 50 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived, a bartender named Giuseppe approached us and told us that my son couldn’t sit on a bar stool, even though the entire area was packed with people trying to find shelter from the rain. Despite the obvious chaos and the fact that many children were also seated on stools, Giuseppe insisted on enforcing this rule only on us. He kept coming back, repeatedly telling us that my child had to stand, not sit.
To add to the frustration, the burger I ordered was terribly undercooked and smelled awful, despite requesting it to be well-done. The kitchen was just as disappointing as the service, which, unfortunately, Giuseppe made even worse by singling us out in an already difficult situation. His behavior was uncalled for and ruined our day.
This was our fourth visit to this park, and it will definitely be our last. The service we received was far from what you would expect from a place claiming to be five-star, especially at these prices. My rating is three stars, and even that feels generous. The prices should be cut in half, and employees like Giuseppe should be working in less demanding environments. Overall, our experience was terrible.

Outdoor bar with a covered downstairs bar and uncovered rooftop seating. It’s right next to the wave rider and close to the water slides and Freestyle. They have a full bar and frozen drinks. The frozen lemonade was great. The frozen virgin strawberry daiquiri was tasty but a little too sweet. They stock Pepsi products, so don’t expect to get a Captain and Coke or similar. This is inside the Tidal Cove waterpark and only accessible with a ticket to the waterpark.
