Surf bagel is a great bagel spot. The bagels are soft and flavorful. The cream cheese is creamy and very good! My husband had the breakfast burrito with steak and he loved it. Each surf bagel location is great and I love there is one so close to OC! I also enjoy the flavored coffee. Must try!

unfortunately super bummed on this place! tried them out because usual spots were closed on a monday in the off season. got an everything with extra scallion cream cheese and bagel was barely toasted and felt kinda skimped on cream cheese which was an up charge for extra. place is not bad, but just not comparable at all to A Bagel And or Uber. fresh juice and hashbrown were decent!

This place is awesome for breakfast AND lunch!! Surf bagel is new, modern and bright with a fun beach vibe! It’s way better than your typical bagel joint. They even have a cute patio outside and adirondack chairs. The bagels are fresh and delicious and they offer a variety of homemade cream cheeses and hot breakfast sandwiches. (The Old Bay bagel is amazing!!) In addition to breakfast, they also offer freshly made to order salads and sandwiches/subs on various types of bread, which I really appreciate. Everything Ive had there is delicious and their homemade ranch is one of my favorites!! (And I’m picky!) We’ll definitely be going back there multiple times during our beach week next year!

We were down in Fenwick on vacation and figured we’d try Surf Bagel for breakfast—and it did not disappoint.
We grabbed three bagels:
• One was a cinnamon raisin—simple, fresh, and perfectly chewy.
• The second was my go-to: a whole wheat bagel, toasted, with scrapple, egg, and cheese. Solid, classic, and hit the spot.
• And then there was the beast: an everything bagel loaded with bacon, egg, cheese, hash brown, avocado, scrapple, and pepper jack. That thing needed its own zip code. Delicious, but definitely a bring your appetite situation.
The bagels were fresh and flavorful, and the sandwiches were stacked just right—hearty without being greasy.
The place itself has a cool, laid-back vibe with a surfer twist. Clean, friendly, and the kind of breakfast joint that makes you wish you had one back home.
Would absolutely come back. If you’re anywhere near Fenwick, this place is worth the stop.

I took my nonverbal 21 year son Gus here. He loves their hot, fresh bagels and homemade cookies. It is clean and well organized and managed very well. The service is always exceptional. We try to go just when they open to avoid a lot of the crowds. Gus sometimes takes a few extra minutes to order and Sarah is always so kind and gives him the opportunity to achieve what most people take for granted which is to just order something on his own of his own choosing. She never gives him a side eye or a roll of an eye like lots of other places. She “sees” him and treats him with kindness and grace and respect. Sarah waited on Gus today and remembered him from the Starbucks where we used to go to order a lemon loaf. Today he ordered his cinnamon raisin bagel and cookie for breakfast and she could understand every word which made him so happy and confident. Thank you so much for this!! We will be back again and again! There is limited parking but lots of seating inside and outside. I highly recommend this place for a clean, delicious and friendly atmosphere where you feel welcomed❤️❤️❤️

Updated: I’ve been here many times. The bagels are great. I previously posted here that one of the coffees was never hot. After a management response, I visited again and my favorite Breakfast Blend is hot like it should be. Awesome!!

First time to this Fenwick Island addition. Secured our bikes on the new rack and had the option of eating inside or out. We got toasted sesame bagels with cream cheese and tomato. Pretty generous and the service was good. Big self serve coffee selection. Will be back.

Stopped in on my way home from the Shore for coffee for the road. I ended up with coffee and a delicious toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagels looked so impressive in the case I had to try them. I was not disappointed. It was a rough day for me and the staff was friendly and very efficient. It made the start of my trip home very nice. Thanks!

First time being here!! I got the cheese bagel with scrapple, egg, and cheese and it was toasted and delicious!!! Got the cinnamon roll iced coffee which was great too’ ! Cool vibes and great service. Fun bathrooms too with bright colors.
