OK… I got one thing to say… get the chicken sandwich!!! “Winner, winner chicken dinner.. “ omg, holy cow, they got that lil thing down and it’s legit delicious! Even better when you let it sit in a to go bag for the ride home, take it out, then WOLF it down. Had some good ones in this lil’ life o’ mine, and
this one does NOT disappoint! It’s a “sure thing.”

If you want a REALLY good burger, this is the place to be! Ingredients are all fresh and crunchy, the meat is perfectly cooked, not too greasy, not too dry! I chose the Sure Thing Burger and it was by far the best burger I had in a long while! Fries not icluded in the price, which brings it up to 25$ for both. In my opinion it is worth it, because fries are thick cut and one can tell there is more than enough in one portion. Now the best thing is free ice cream! The hostess was more than nice ans very helpful! Definitely coming back!

Oh man, I’m totally craving a burger again right now! Plus, I’ve been told their salads are fantastic too, which is a nice healthy option. And you absolutely cannot forget about the ice cream! I’m picturing a swirl of chocolate and vanilla. It sounds like the perfect way to end a meal. I’m definitely going to have to check this place back soon.

I AM SOOOOOO SURPRISED FOR THE COUPLE THAT RUN THIS RESTAURANT. THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. YES, MOSTLY AMERICAN FOOD, BUT WELL DONE WITH PRODUCTS AROUND THE AREA. JUST AMAIZING. AT THE END SOME ICE CREAM FOR FREE. JUST A PERFECT PLACE. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OWNERS.

I believe in supporting local businesses. But one popular business in Willits Town Center doesn’t need any help from me. The owner told me in 2022 86.000 kids ate at his restaurant.
The Harvard Business School should do a business case study on this restaurant. The owner knows his market: local high school teams. He made welcoming banners for each team. He welcomes the athletes after every game. He even stays open long past closing time on weekends when there’s a game so the kids can eat there and hang afterwards. He even names the burgers after the teams.
And the menu is limited. That means his staff can do what they do well.
And as for marketing: You get a free frozen ice cream with every meal. But you do have to ask for it. I forgot and no one offered.
The best thing here is…the fries. Best outside of Paris. Not an ounce of grease anywhere. Perfectly salted. Crisp on the outside but potato-y soft on the inside. Magnifique! Oh, you do have to order the fries separately.
I ordered the Longhorn burger, named after the Basalt High School teams. I give it a B+. The patty was tasty. The shredded lettuce was so fresh it could have come from a neighboring farm. The Island sauce had a hint of tang.
Both the patio and the inside dining room have long communal tables, like the Hofbrau Haus in Munich. Certainly works when you are hosting teams. The patio is popular when the weather is nice.
Prices are kinda high but so is the rent in Willets. This is in the shadow of Aspen where real estate is selling for $2000 a square foot! The atmosphere here is nothing like Aspen though. Not a drop of pretention anywhere. Everyone is welcome.
The ordering process is confusing for beginners. An employee sits at a non-descript desk. You order and pay with her. Then you find a seat and wait for someone to bring you your food.
The eatery only takes credit cards and Venmo. No cash. So 2023. Do high schoolers even know what cash is????
Willits Town Center has oodles of parking. However, the five or six spaces in front are prized since Starbucks is a couple doors down.
I am so glad this place is around the corner from my loft. I will be back!

$28 for a burger and fries. Tip not included.
Why is there no Ketchup by the soft drinks. They Dual out small portions of ketchup for you to have Instead. I got a Coke from the fountain drink and it was flat so I just got water. Overall, it’s overpriced for what you get and it’s a strange process in general.

It’s a pretty average place. A burger and soda costs $17 and fries/ sides are not included. Our burgers were pretty greasy. The fries were really good though. 10/10 on those. It was really clean inside and the staff were really nice. i just think the burgers leave more to be desired.

The worst part of writing this review is knowing the owner of the building is the same owner of sure thing burger so there’s no lease that needs to be paid but still it’s over priced The burgers are fine, but the prices are outrageous. Nearly $19 + tax for just a burger (no fries, no combos) — my burger + fries came to $24 here vs. $17.56 at Grind in Glenwood. Way overpriced for what you get.

First time here while visiting the area. The young man at the register was a wealth of knowledge and recommendations, while not trying to “up sale.” My two patty, patty melt was amazing, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of their special sauce on it. We split the fries as he recommended, and my wife had the Turkey Ranchito Burger, which was perfectly cooked and she loved. And on top of that you get a free small cone with the purchase yof a meal. Prices for burgers run $11-$14, and the total was $45ish, but worth it. Highly recommend.

The milkshake isn’t really a milkshake… it’s soft-serve ice cream in a cup with a straw. If I’d have known that, I would have just had the free soft-serve that comes free with the meal.

Also, the menu says $10 for the grilled cheese, but they charged $11, and they wouldn’t correct it

Otherwise, the grilled cheese sandwich and fries were great, and my husband loved his burger.
