Poor customer service. I ordered DoorDash for pick up and when I got there there was a line for the pickup orders but they already had multiple orders sitting out and when I asked the guy behind the counter, who was already over there putting down more pick up orders, if one of them was mine he ignored me and walked away. Then the cashier who noticed what happened stepped over and told me in 2 seconds my order status despite being busy, so I do want to say he was doing a great job. Good food, but I feel like straight up ignoring customers when they’re asking a simple question isn’t normal

1st time here – Sunday lunch. Best thing we had was the Cheese Queso dip and chips. We had a Steak Burrito bowl and a Ground Beef Burrito Bowl. They were out of guacamole ( how does that happen?) and Cilantro Lime Rice.Food was okay, but very plentiful.

The scenery feels and looks like chipotle but of course the tables are dirty because the staff is lazy and rude. They won’t greet you, the short feminine African American man at the front was rude and gave 1 SMALL scoop of chicken rice and beans. My bowl was most made of vegetables. Then at the end the manager was rude and dropped my cup on the counter instead of handing it to me and after all this they had the nerve to charge $30 for that small portion of food. And no water cup too?? Like dang $30 and NO water cup?? I see why the restaurant is like that, management is clearly terrible. Don’t eat here BYE.

Just because it’s busy doesn’t mean you have to work sloppy. Big white kid with the pony tail put his stomach in my burrito. Sloppily made my wife’s tacos. I will no longer visit this location. Terrible service with the cashier. Exactly 7:16pm Sunday Jan.25th. Terrible terrible service.

The food is really really good. I’ve gone several of times. However, I recently had an experience where I was rationed in my nachos and rice. My burrito was so rationed, they folded it into a snack bite. I’m not sure what the crew was doing that day, but that’s not the surcheros I know .The surcheros gives my money worth.

I order online and the food is always so good.. when made correctly & you’re not waiting 30 past when your order was due. Order was sitting on the counter untouched and not bagged when it was due at 7pm. The service is never great. No accountability. Disappointing, and I won’t be back.

Terrible service, the shift lead accused my and my family of stealing and when we presented a receipt which he asked for, he was stubborn and demanded we not return. Owners need to fire that man. My wife needed to take her medication and he continued to reprimand her after we showed proof.
