I come here twice a week i’ve never had an issue these people look new no excuses for being rude and not having to store open till almost 11 . I asked for two scoops of avocado on my salad he told me it would be extra like I said I’d come here two times a week never been told that here I’m thinking 50 Cent more or something like that get to the register with charged two dollars for this teeny weenie scoop of avocado. Absolutely crazy. Then he put the wrong food together I told him that wasn’t my food He got upset and started to rush my daughter’s food went to check out to pay the man walked away I had to grab my own food didn’t put it in a bag or Tray !!! The only guy that made us feel welcome was the big guy and the start station I didn’t get his name but we won’t be back!

Rarely have I felt the need to do a review on a restaurant, however, the honor goes to Sucheros in Milledgeville. First, the area where the food is displayed is filthy looking. The Employee named Aiden acted as if he had an issue with color and was not at all focusing on customer service. He rude and unconcerned. From the way I was treated and the cleanliness of this restaurant, I will never spend another dollar there. I did contact a manager who said they would look into this matter. 1/5 for sure!!!!!!

My experience wasn’t that great but there was one thing that stuck out, which was one of the employees. Aidan, he was very helpful, respectful and overall wonderful. He showed wonderful customer service and organized leadership and behavior toward the rest of the employees. He looks like he deserves way more than recognition. Thanks Aidan for making me want to come back one day.

Wow! This place seemed to pop up overnight. One day we just saw it and dropped in to try them out. It’s similar to Moe’s and Barberito’s. I had the big nachos with steak and my wife had the chicken burrito. The steak and chicken were delicious. All the extras were great, too. The dining room was reasonably clean and the staff was friendly enough. We’ll be back for more on a regular basis.

I don’t usually do this but I’ve had multiple horrible experiences from this Surcheros. First, I was given a bowl with no rice. Then a few weeks later, I was given a bowl with no chicken. I tried to call about this issue, they didn’t answer their phone. I then emailed through the contact form and never got a response. A few weeks ago, no rice. Tonight, I left the drive thru and my bowl was made with no sour cream and my chips were left out. We have now been sitting at the window for ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the window to try to get what should have been in my order the first time. If you’re going to spend your money somewhere, spend it where you actually get all of the items in your order. And it’s not here.

Talk about a disappointment! I don’t live where this chain exists, so I took the opportunity after the lunch rush to stop in and try it out while in town. There were only three other people in line in front of me at the counter. I walked in at 1:26pm and I walked out at 1:57pm 30 minutes to stand at the counter and get a very basic quesadilla. This place needs a serious processes overhaul, there are plenty of staff but no one communicates with each other and my quesadilla was made by a different employee while everyone else’s order was being made one at a time on a tiny grill when there is a massive grill right next to it that could handle 5 or 6 orders at once. So my order sat there for 20 minutes because I guess everything HAS to go in turn. What a waste of everyone’s time. Since I needed to take it to go, of course my quesadilla and rice side were already cold before I even walked out the door. Judging by other recent reviews I’m not the only one who won’t be back.

I’m really starting to become very disappointed with this Surcheros. We order from here almost twice a week every week or every other week. Most times I like to go inside and place my order but sometimes I just can’t make it inside. My issue is with the young crew who work the evening shift. They are ALWAYS leaving off an item or forgetting something! If you ever go in in the evening time, they are always playing and goofing around and this is why they can’t get the orders correct.

First time to this establishment. The food was good . Atmosphere is awesome, modern and clean. The food was over priced for the portion. Large chips and queso with a drink i got out of there for 30$. Would have prefered a ribeye. Staff were not very attentive or cared if i were there or not.
