I frequent this location often due to it being the only somewhat reasonably healthy option in the area during my lunch breaks. The food is consistently bland but service has been ok. I placed an online order today at 11:15 with a pickup time of 11:30. I got to the location around 11:35 and waited at the window for approximately 30 minutes… irritating but I understand that things get busy. Nice I opened the box, the quesadilla looked god awful. Folded in half and crammed into a box too small for it. I paid for extra meat and and a larger quesadilla, and by the looks of it, I got neither. $20 for something that looks like this is criminal. I won’t be going back any time soon.

Surcheros is a good place to get a meal except for this location. The restaurant needed cleaning. The food was what you expect from Surcheros. The service was a little off but not bad. This location gets a failing grade for housekeeping.

So on Feb 7, 2026 my fam and I have decided to give a break to surcheros and finally go and try it. Surroundings clean, as you walk up inside to counter clean and then boom! So, food taste pretty decent, service from the young kids was good, but holly God is that kitchen and counters are disgusting, it just looked liked it hasent been clean in a good amount of time, and that would be hard to tell since they haven’t been open for that long. So this goes to owner or management please re-train your employees on the proper way to clean and maintain cleanliness during the shift.

So their food is always on point. Their chips not so much. Been here multiple times and gotten stale chips. The last time the lady behind the counter acted like I was a problem when I asked for fresh chips. Now their tacos and burrito bowls are always amazing. And chips going stale happen. Im still gonna eat here. Its over all goooooood.

This place used to be a solid go-to for fresh food and filling portions. My last 3 visits they have been very skimpy with toppings. 2 of the times was dine in and I had to ask for more of just about everything they put on. They literally didnt even dump full spoons of rice. Tonight’s visit was the worst by far, which was take out. We just got home with it and are very aggravated. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, which it came with steak so that’s a positive I guess. However, there was literally 5 small pieces of steak in my entire bowl. My wife ordered the same, with chicken, except she has no meat at all in her bowl. We live a good 15 minutes away so not worth driving back…. Lesson learned, go inside and make sure your food is being prepared right. Almost $40 after tip for 2 burrito bowls and skimpy portions with the protein missing.

I’ve always been a big Sucheros fan, was so excited to drop in and have dinner here tonight because it’s been a while. Instant regret, everything just looks dirty and like it needs a good wipe down…
Every employee that I encountered was just grumpy and rude…and then to top it off not only were my chips super stale but every bite I took of my burrito bowl was cold and had crunchy stale rice. To spend over $20 for one person you eat and have it be nasty is not my idea of a good time…

Chips were kinda stale. Lids don’t fit well on cups, but still doing 5 stars because the food and service is kick ass. Queso is so SO yummy. Highly recommended

Updating my review. Sucheros remade our order and it was fantastic! Everything was perfect. We had tacos, nachos, and a loaded bowl. The owner and manager were both very nice. We appreciate that they offered to make it right. We’ll be back! New photos provided.

I usually love Surcheros, their food is always fresh, flavorful, and one of my go-to spots for burritos. But today was a little disappointing. My burrito was noticeably smaller than usual, and it felt like they really skimped on the fillings. Hoping this was just an off day, because when they get it right, it’s one of the best burritos around.

It’s kinda hard to believe, but I’ve never ate Chipotle in my life. Well on game store trip, I decided to try this brand since there’s none near my home and I happen to see this place on the way to said game store.
The food is pretty good only thing I would’ve done differently is to ask for more meat. Otherwise, the flavor is good.
