If you like Moe’s or Chipotle, you will absolutely LOVE this place. It was wonderful. The food is full of flavor and was extremely fresh. The staff was extremely kind, even though they were busy. They were patient and gave recommendations to me and my husband since this was our first time visiting. The portions were massive and you will satisfied and full. Will definitely visit again!

Went for the first time yesterday. Usually wait to leave a review til after several visits. This place is awesome!! Great staff, food, and atmosphere. Clean restaurant and restrooms. 11 out of 10 stars. I live roughly 30 mins away but will definitely will make the trip to come back soon. AWESOME JOB!

My husband and I have ate here at least 3 times since this location opened. The 1st time was during opening week. We were very impressed with the organization of operations as people were lined up almost out the door. This streamlined organization continued every time we ate there. Excellent choices on the menu so you can customize your meal. The food was very flavorful and delicious. Plenty of food so, we had leftovers for dinner. The staff asks, when you are ordering,
if you want items put on the grill to heat them up, great choice for those wanting items heated. This location has always been clean, organized, great food, and staff! Our 2 meals were around $23.⭐️ Highly recommend! We love the management crew here! 5 STARS

My experience has always been great but when I went in today the ladies that were working there were not respectfull when serving they really had issues with me getting extra regardless I said I will pay extra and they were very tired of working please I request the manager to check on them or the owner also the lemons on the condiment counter are with fungus which is not a food saftey approval I am going to report to food safety about this location please if anyone’s goes in there make sure to be careful when asking for lime in there or anything you get make sure you take a look at all of them

As a former kitchen worker, this was a major letdown. Ordered a grilled steak burrito, pay my $16. Get home 8 minutes later and it’s ice cold. No marks from it sitting on the flat top either. The people are nice, but if the food isn’t consistent; I won’t return.
For that price I’ll just spend more and get a hot meal.

Surcheros is one of my go‑to spots. The food is mostly great and flavorful. I usually order a loaded bowl. The service is alright, and while they occasionally miss an item or two in my bowl, it doesn’t happen every visit. The only other downside is the chips — sometimes they’re stale or a bit too salty. But overall, I still like coming here.

We went recently (July 2023) on a weekday at noon and the crowd was very light. We were able to walk right up to the counter and order. I got the Burrito Bowl which was BIG and very tasty. My friend ordered the Burrito which was very good, but also disappointingly small. After you order there is a baffling array of ~15 add-ons (sort of like a Subway) to add to your meal. I’d need to go 3 or 4 times to find a pleasant tasting and not so confusing combination. Some of the add-ons are added-cost, so my $9 Burrito Bowl ended up costing about $16… so if you’re on a budget, be aware and pick wisely.
All-in-all it was a pleasant meal in pleasant surroundings. I would advise sticking with “the bowls” and picking sides carefully. Eating area was clean and spacious. Private parking lot with plenty of parking space. Easy handicap access.

Having Surcheros cater our wedding was one of the very best decisions we made. The food was out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious (think Chipotle, but on a whole new level). But beyond the food, the service blew us away. Wayne and his team anticipated every need, kept tables spotless, refreshed the food constantly, and even handled cleanup so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing.
Wayne and his lovely wife went above and beyond in every way, and working with them was truly a joy. They didn’t just cater our wedding—they cared for us and our guests like family. I honestly think of them as friends now, and I cannot recommend Wayne and Surcheros enough to anyone looking for not only incredible Tex-Mex food but also service that shines with excellence and heart.

Ordered for lunch pick up at 10:45 and it was ready when I pulled up to the pick up window at 10:45 on the dot! Food was delicious. I love the freshness of all the vegetable ingredients. The surchero sauce was good. The spicy garlic salsa could’ve been spicier, but I like things really spicy, so I understand that it was probably spicy enough for the general population. The carnitas could’ve been a little softer, but was still yummy. The chicken was good too. Everything melded together beautifully in my burrito bowl so it was hard to pick out any one bad thing. They all complimented each other really well. I’d definitely stop here for another burrito bowl. For $11 it was enough food for 2 meals for me! Came with chips and salsa!

This is our first time here, we walked in, and it took about 5 minutes before anyone said, “Hello, or Welcome In.” The prep line is so messy. There is food all over the place. There are 4 employees. The shift manager, I believe, is training a new girl. We ordered our food, and then as we walked down the line and the manager rang us up, she THEN asked if it was for here or to go. We pay for it before it’s finished. I ordered a bowl (which was put in a to-go box) my husband ordered and grilled a burrito, which was wrapped in aluminum foil. We fixed our drinks, still waiting on our food. There was so much trash at the drink station that my husband had to clean it up so we could fix our drinks. They are getting busier, can’t keep up with who’s order is who’s. Our food is sitting on the counter, and as they are bagging it about to give it to someone else, my husband said hey is that ours?” It had sat on the counter for about 10 mins while we stood waiting. I had to get napkins and wet them with the water from the fountain to clean our table off before we sat to eat. The whole dining area is a mess. Dirty tables. Trash and food on the floor. When we sit down to eat, my food is cold. We have been here about 45 minutes, and no one time has an employee come out yo pick up, wipe down, or sweep anything in the lobby. I’m very disappointed. $30 for 2 people and not impressed at all.
