The staff here is the sweetest you’ll ever meet. Service is fast, food is delicious, and location is perfect! A must try in Hollister! I love trying their new rolls/specials. They recently updated their menu and the new rolls are amazing too! I asked our waitress which one was her favorite and tried all of the ones she recommended. Amazing choice!

The beef on top of the surf & turf roll was tougher than leather and inedible. The Goyza look and taste like they came from a grocery store freezer section. The server never asked me how I was doing or if I’d like anything else. I won’t be going back.

Super amazing place, great sushi, perfect sashimi, fresh, great tasting fish! We were impressed, and we eat sushi everywhere. We had about 10 different rolls, my daughter said her Spicy Tuna roll the best because it was actually spicy! My favorite was the Spider roll. Then because they knew it was my son’s birthday they brought him some deep fried ice cream for free at the end!

We came here for lunch during the lunch rush and we were very pleased! Our food took a little long, but we had that understanding going into it knowing we were in the middle of a large amount of take out orders. That being said, our server was still on point and made sure we were taken care of! The fish was very fresh and the rolls were delicious! We ordered the Poke Nachos, Tres Pinos and Rainbow rolls. The miso soup hit perfectly on this cold Hollister day. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for delicious sushi and flavorful teriyaki at a great price, this is the spot. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. But the real star for me is the teriyaki whether it’s chicken, beef, or salmon, the meat is perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with that rich, savory-sweet teriyaki glaze that keeps me coming back.
The portions are generous, the service is friendly and welcoming. It’s my go-to spot when I’m craving something satisfying and delicious. Highly recommend! ☺️
