Absolutely delicious. Everything felt fresh and was very tasty. I’ve been twice so far. Once, I got a custom salad that was a really nice size and yummy, albeit on the expensive side (but fair). Second time, I got a Mediterranean wrap that I can’t stop thinking about! I’ll definitely be back. Also, everyone working there was very kind!

Been here a few times, Food is okay and nice portions. I spent $5.19 for chicken on my salad though and never got chicken…
Called the place to see what we can do and the staff were adamant and that there WAS chicken and told me to not ask for it to be chopped in next time.. since it is hard to see. I was honestly surprised… take a look at the pictures and tell me if there is chicken (I could only find cheese).

Traveling through the area and my daughters ran in for lunch. I was shocked by the total, $50 for 2 mediocre salads with basic toppings. Signage is deceiving, you pay for everything separately including dressing. I see other reviews stating good portion size but that was not my experience. Extremely disappointing on top of the high price.

Today was my first time at Proportion and certainly won’t be my last. The gentleman behind the counter (maybe he was the owner?) helped walk me through how ordering works, was very friendly and professional. The variety of options was decent and all of the ingredients were fresh. You watch them make your salad, and the work station is very clean. In the end they mix it up for you and put it in a container which is busting out the seams. Green leafy base + 8 veggies + protein + topping + dressing. Easy enough.
In total my salad (which honestly is about 3-4 normal servings of salad) plus a beverage cost approximately $18. Saving half for tomorrow because no human being can eat this much. Maybe Shrek but he’s an Ogre. Overall a positive experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking very hungry for something filling and healthy.
My only dislike (and this is minor) is that they use styrofoam containers. Would be great if they switch to something more earth-friendly.

Excellent service! The southwest salad and the caesar wrap were outstanding. Highly recommend if you’re just in the area or need a regular lunch spot. Will be back soon!

Ordered a salad 3/10, paid $8 for steak and it was more like ground beef and non existent. I even asked if they had added it in because I didn’t see it in the salad. Probably better to get the chicken.
Ordered a smoothie, -1/10, handed it to me, it was like a warm glass of milk. Bland. Expensive.
