Solid hotpot place. $32.99 all-you-can-eat. The food was fresh and portions were fair. You can only order 6 protein dishes at a time, but they’re quick with refills. On the side, there’s a self-serve area with veggies, noodles, tofu, and other hot pot add-ins, which is a nice touch. The sauce bar has plenty of options to customize your flavor. Not heavenly good, but a solid choice if you’re craving hot pot without spending too much. Def come back again

I went here with my brother and the experience was beyond our expectations, the service was very fast and the server was very kind and polite. It was our first time here and he explained everything to us and he was very patient and he even offered us ice cream when we were done with the hotpot, also handed me a fork without me asking for it because he saw me struggling with the chopsticks lol! Highly recommended

The meat options are quite limited, and the food tastes frozen. The hot pot doesn’t heat up quickly enough, which means we had to wait longer to eat. The karaoke system is also not great. The microphones were terrible – they made harsh, distorted noises, sudden loud noises, and persistent low-frequency rumbles. It hurt my ears and made me have temporary tinnitus. It really affected my dining experience.

We went on Thursday night, 32.99$+tax
12 items per order and order once every 10 minutes. Quite nice. Fried steam bun was really really tasty.

I can’t believe I’ve been here several times and I have not reviewed it yet! This place offers both individual hot pots or one giant pot! For both options, you can have 2 types of soups or just one, but either way your pot will still have the divider down the middle.

It is all you can eat for 90 minutes, and you order using the QR code provided. You can only order 6 dishes every 10 minutes. There is also an additional charge for food waste: $5/50g. I went during weekday dinner and I think it was $32.99/adult.

What I love most about this place is that there is a robot that comes around and brings your order and since you’re ordering on the app, you don’t need to wait for a staff to tend to you. They also offer free soup refills!

They have a standard sauce station, and they also offer fresh cut fruits (I didn’t have any). I usually come around Thanksgiving, but this time I came after Xmas and they gave us free crab legs!

There is a parking lot there, but sometimes it does get full easily.. I have personally never left due to not parking spots though!

My AYCE friends got mostly pricy beef cuts instead of seafood or lamb that I wanted to sample. The included Seafood set offers 1 abalone for each of us which boiled out very tender. More abalone will cost extra. Walk up sauce bar allowed me to get plenty of green onion, sesame paste, and garlic. Sesame balls and green tea Matcha Ice cream were a good finish. In all, an enjoyable experience after the 30 min wait for our table. There are big warning signs at the table about the excessive leftovers charge, yeah, so good that we managed to avoid that at the end.

Wait what. Robot servers at a hot pot restaurant? Yes! It is more like you order through the app and the robot brings out the trays of food. There are still servers that bring out the personal hot pot, refilling hot water, tea. This is nice because usually with big parties, there’s always someone throwing everything in the pot. Personal hot pots are better because everyone gets to pick what they want. The trays of food comes out quick with the robot. I was so full walking out of there. Good times.

5 stars as long as I’m not the one paying!
the servers are always very attentive and the little robot servers are so cute.
there are many different kinds of seating options which I appreciate.
the latest time I went, we ordered a large share pot with two flavors of broth (I recommend the tomato it’s so good!) and six add ons (the “hot pot noodles” only came with six noodles unfortunately) . there was also a self serve sauce and kimchi station, and first broth refill is free.
the total came to $80 which was a bit shocking to me, but if it’s in your budget I recommend.

It’s my first time going to Hot Pot for lunch! This place did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and fresh, and the service from the robot and humans were great. We didn’t wait long, lots of people at lunch. You scan a QR code at your table and get a verification code, and then you are linked to order everything that they are offering all on your phone. We ordered a large pot rather individual pots. We got the spicy broth. It was very very spicy, with lots of seasoning and peppercorns. We order, beef, lamb, squid, fish filets, spinich, mushrooms, beef balls, lobster balls, all in the pot it went! It was delicious! We will be back!

In Daly City, there is a magical place where the karaoke hot pot rooms are private, the bowls are individual-sized, the waiters are robot cats, and the soundproofing excellent. Let me guide you to a perfect visit:

1) There are three private rooms that sit approximately 8 – 12 people. Each table has individual hot pot stations so you don’t have to share (especially necessary during COVID times). You will need to put a $50 deposit.
2) Order on the app using the QR code on the table. Note: You can only use one phone. Make sure people order their individual bowls (they come in small and large with one or two soups) and broths. But let them know you will be splitting the sides or you’ll end up with 80 items and the staff will freak out. You will be charged for any extra food left.
3) Get your unlimited dips and edamame on the main dining floor while you wait for your broth to come.
4) The cat robot serving your food can’t come in if the door is closed.
5) Double click to turn on the burner but the Staff will do it for you when they first bring the soup.
6) Enjoy the deliciousness, and hopefully you didn’t forget your stretchy pants!
