Supreme Crab is not super flavorful but it uses good ingredients and avoids the common overcooking problem in many buffet restaurants. As I always say, it’s better if buffet food is underflavored than overflavored. You may want to find or make suitable sauce/dip.

Compared with generic buffets, this seafood buffet has less food surface. But there are still reasonable number of selections. Shrimp, oyster, clams, crayfish, white fish, salmon. Worth noting is a pig ear salad. Too bad they don’t have soy sauce and hot chili oil. Vegetable options are very limited. But seaweed salad is always a treat. Yes, they have a few non-seafood hot dishes, too. The green bean and broccoli in (two different) hot dishes are cooked just right – in a buffet setting.

Of course, you come to Supreme Crab for crab legs. They are quite fresh. I take them as is but butter and garlic sauce go well with it, too.

The restaurant is in the northern end of Main Street, i.e., not downtown. Likely you will need a car or ride share to get there. (Sadly public transportation is next to nonexistent in this area.) Decoration inside and out is gimmicky. I am not sure if they look congruent. Seating area is smaller than a typical all-you-can-eat buffet, although it doesn’t feel compressed. There is plenty of room to walk and carry your food. (There is also an outdoor dining area that is not part of the buffet scene.)

Last but not least, I want to commend its dessert section. Although I rarely go for desserts in a buffet, Supreme Crab’s look different enough (read Asian enough) to entice me to try. I ended up with a wide sampling. (You can take smaller portions than in some other buffet restaurants.) Surprisingly, all of them are not super sweet and enjoyable, even their ice creams! This is hard to do because ice cream requires sugar. (Avoid jellos, though. They are run-of-the-mill .)

Bottom line: Supreme Crab is a good eat (including dessert!) at good price. You may need to flavor your food to your liking.

We had just arrived in town from MN, and wanted to try some seafood buffet. We found this restaurant from social media and thought the photos looked really delicious . We thought there would be a line since it’s Vday, but turned out we didn’t have to wait that long (15 minutes). The unlimited of crab legs were ready with oysters and shrimps! The staffs were friendly and worked fast to refill the buffet. The price is reasonable $38.99 (it was Vday price).

Seafood Buffet!! Definitely good. Could improve for sure. Dinner has more options comparedto lunch. It is pricey for dinner. The bus boys are working hard. So they stayed on top of clearing the table. I give a three due to the price for the quality is too high. John daly buffet is cheaper for 2 persons and has more variety.

We frequent this Redwood City lunch buffet for their fresh seafood at $20.99 + tax per person. Today, I handed the cashier a $100.00 bill. He gave me less change than I expected and no receipt. I told him that he overcharged me. He replied while pointing at this laminated sign, “This is the dinner prices for today’s holiday.” We were there at lunch on December 31st which is not a holiday. For the sake of enjoying lunch with my companion, I made peace with paying $80 for what is usually a $50 lunch HOWEVER the food was most likely yesterday’s food warmed up, not fresh. The conditon of the food AND the still-posted banner in front of the restaurant stating “Buffet all you can eat lunch special $20.99” made it too much for me to keep my mouth shut. By the way, the cashier added “TO DAY” to the laminated sign with a marker AFTER I questioned the restaurant’s conflicting pricing.

So now you know.

Wow this place has better flavor and texture than places $30+ for a dish. Lunch quality slept on. It’s gonna blow up like Sweet Tomatoes for seafood if they continue this avoidance on over greasiness, there’s flavor.

There’s definition to the meat as its pulled apart, in a buffet aha

Snow crabs were large and fresh. Great selection of oysters, clams, shrimps. Price was decent at only $30 a person. Kids 10 and under are $12 or less.

Great buffet filled with delicious food which is what we came for dinner for! It was packed with so much seafood I got full real fast! Would def come again if I’m back in the area! The restaurant was kinda empty which was strange for a place that should be packed with people clamoring for the quite affordable seafood! You don’t get even half of that stuff for the price we paid!

Service was so so, dirty plates weren’t taken away so you just carried on with them around you! Some food items also ran out and they’d take a while to refill! You’d think they’d be a constant flow of refills for your paying customers but oh well!

There are only 1 tray of crab, but it was too spicy for our kids. The rest of the food were dry. The garlic noodle was too dry to eat, the rice was hard and does not taste like fried rice at all but more of white rice and onion mixed together. I came here because of their marketing and turned out its only the hype, food is not what they post at all. The service is very poor, the bust person went only 1 round, all the tables has tons of dishes on it. I do not recommend. I took tons of pictures to justify my negative feedback. The only positive out of this is tons of parking, don’t have to wait, we came here at 7pm and it was dead.

It was a quality buffet with a difference!
I loved it because the seafood was very plentiful and the food was fresh and delicious the quality isn’t good as the standard restaurant but yet enjoyable.
Maybe a little less variety on the menu than other Chinese buffets, but the quality is good and the flavors are delicious!
Good customer service. Plenty of parking available. I’ll come visit again!
