First and probably the only time I’ll go to be honest. The sanitation score was a 90 hopefully it’s improved since then. It was an all woman staff and only men customers when we went in. You must speak Spanish to order here even then I still had some difficulty ordering. We got a bunch of stuff to try. The al pastor torta was a massive flavorful meaty explosion, it was definitely worth every penny. Filled with meat and all the toppings. The Jugo de melón/cantaloupe was delicious very refreshing not overly sweet. The Taco al pastor was good but lacked flavor but did have a good amount of filling and they used fresh tortillas. The Tostada was big lots of beans meat toppings only so I was surprised when they only put one slice of tomato on it. It had a good flavor but was a little salty (but I’m not big on salt). The Popusa wasn’t really good it didn’t have enough cheese but it was served lava hot. Asked for a side of refried beans ended up w a point of beans which weren’t good. Ladies were nice did was made to order but was fast. Price was a pretty good bang for your buck but meh not impressed.

Tried to upcharge me at the same time as not even giving me what I paid for in the first place. Then after I spoke up about it the employees were sneering and talking about me in what im sure couldn’t have been a positive way. Would not recommend wasting your money here.

We bought 4 avocados our total was $17. Very overpriced and if you want to return an item you have to run it through the “encargado” which she/he was not in the store, we were told to come back later.

I’ve never ever gotten a smile from any of these people. They look at you like you are annoying them for shopping there . Not coming back here anymore. I just don’t know what their problem is. Very crappy customer service with an attitude.

Bad customer service from the server, took too long for them to even come and check after taking the drink order. Excessive prices. Not Mexican employees. Walk down the other side of the shopping center, food is authentic.

I go there specifically to buy candles. Be on the alert because, despite all the benign but beautiful candles they sell, pagan and sacrilegious items are mixed in amongst the shelves. They sell an eclectic variety of specialized, Hispanic targeted, grocery items and miscellaneous merchandise. The young cashiers are friendly, but typically speak no English. I have been coming here for years. One of the better Mexican groceries in Charlotte.

Terrible place to eat, the tables are dirty & the pieces are way too high. On the menu the tacos are 1.99 each but they told us they were 2.50 each. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, NEVER GOING HERE EVER
