You should have never offered a shipping method that cannot ensure that the item will
arrive safely. If the item was a wood tabletop, then yes. But this is a stone tabletop and no extra cushion was provided to ensure that it will not break in transit. My original quote was $200 freight. I removed the base, and added 3 more tabletops, then you quote $400 on freight. I declined that and decided to get 1 tabletop only.

Own up to your mistakes. Read your previous reviews from your past customers. You have a bad reputation of not making things right when the order goes wrong.

What do you claim to be a fair resolution ? Your resolution is to offer me a free tabletop if I pay for $400 more in shipping. I paid for a tabletop already, it got damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to replaced it.

Stay away from this company. They are rude and have very poor customer service. Jane is the manager, and is beyond unprofessional. This company does not go out of their way to make things right for their customers

To make the story short, I placed a large order of tabletops and base for my brand new restaurant. I now wanted to add ONE more tabletop, size 24×24. They told me the cheapest way to ship was UPS for $75. The top came in broken due to packaging because there was no foam around the tabletop. They now won’t take responsibility to send me a replacement. If I want a new tabletop, I would need to pay $400 more in shipping for them to resend a tabletop. How ridiculous is that ?

Highly recommend Superior Seating! Jane our account manager was incredibly transparent and was able to help ensure we received the tables & bases in plenty of time for us to have them before the agreed upon delivery window. We appreciate the customer care & quality of the customer service. You can tell they are a real business owned by real people, not a call center full of automated response prompts. Would use them again, no doubt about it.

I spent my hard earned money with Superior Seating. Had the worst experience of my life. Gave it a bad review. Now I see the owner responded to my review saying that I never shopped with them. Wow what a joke. So unprofessional.

I am so disappointed and frustrated with this order and the lack of customer service from Superior Seating. This is my second order from them and the first time I had no issues at all.
The order of chairs arrived, each one wrapped from top to bottom in multiple pieces of paper, plastic, soft styrofoam, etc. We counted the chairs, signed the paper that the driver handed us, and he was on his way. I began to unwrap the chairs, each chair taking about 5 minutes to fully unwrap because they were so well wrapped, and noticed that two of the chairs had damage to the legs, as if they were crushed. I immediately took photos and sent them to Superior Seating on 1/1/22 letting them know we’d received damaged items. On 1/21/22 when I hadn’t heard anything back, I emailed them again asking for a status update. They advised that because we’d signed off on the paper from the driver, there was nothing that they could do, but they did offer me a discount to order two more chairs as replacements for $250 + shipping. The person I spoke with literally said that eventually the chairs would become damaged anyway, so she didn’t understand why I was so upset that they’d arrived damaged. I didn’t even have a response because i was so shocked that she said that. I had already spent over $1500 on these chairs and it was a big expense for our small restaurant. I don’t understand how they expect me to find damage and write it on the paperwork while the driver is there, when the chairs are fully covered and wrapped. Should I have asked the driver to wait there for an hour and watch me unwrap them before I signed off? He would not have waited. Since this experience, I’ve asked every delivery driver to wait while I check the items and not one has said he could wait. We didn’t damage the chairs and for a company to refuse to make it right just doesn’t sit well with me. I will not be using Superior Seating again.

Beyond disappointed. We had orders booths for our restaurant in 2021. We decided to expand our booth seating area this year. I reached out to Superior and had them send me the invoice from our 2021 order to confirm I order the exact same booths that we currently have. Placed my order and they confirmed that they would match exactly. 6 weeks later we received them and they are NOT the same color. They are similar but definitely not the same and it is noticeable. It looks like they sent us the wrong color in 2021 but we had nothing to compare them to at the time and just assumed the website had a color variation. When trying to get them to make it right they basically blame me and said I should’ve sent them a picture of our current booths, yet never asked me to do that when I told them I want to make sure they match. They offer me a $500 refund for the “inconvenience” and refuse to do anything else to make it right. Now I’m stuck with several thousands of dollars worth of booths that don’t match. I would never work with them again due to their refusal to admit their mistake and fix it.

I ordered some swatches and they came quickly. I could tell that there was a great quality to the fabric. So I ordered some seating with the great help I received from Ed. He was friendly and really helped me select the right seat to get the best quality for my customers. Highly recommend!

We received metal chairs with a wooden veneer back & seat from Superior Seating and they arrived without damage, are very comfortable, and look great within the Mellow Mushroom restaurant. Highly recommend and will order from Jane again for stores in the future!

I hate writing reviews but this time I am upset and disappointed in Superior Seating their LACK OF QUALITY and SERVICE . It should be called subpar seating, not superior. We got 4 table tops from them and they did not last more than a month. Jane says water damage because we put them outside it was not like we let them sit in the rain for days. Our other tables(15 plus years old) that we did not buy from them are not having the same issues. We were told we can exchange/credit for the ones that were not exposed to being outdoors. The warehouse staff had no idea we were coming. I had to talk to 8 different people. Even though I spoke and emailed Jane to let her know on Monday we would be coming Thursday morning. The staff said it was wood and not wood that is what happens and they are damaged by the sun. They said it was scratched and just needed to be resurfaced even though the coating is peeling. Why do I have to keep something that deteriorates so quickly? WE ONLY USED THEM for MONTH. Jane called to yell at me that I was trying to pull a scam and I was not being honest with her and I bought back perfectly good table tops, it was only scratched. Even though I sent her pictures and told her this is what started to happen to 30×30 and did not want to have 36×36 to have the same issues in future. I wanted to return something that can deteriorate so quickly. NOBODY should ever buy from them unless they just want to use their stuff for display.

Update 9/1/20 -Jane here are pictures you requested. Can you explain to me why a restaurant that is a block away from us, got the same tables from you and are exposed to the same conditions as our but are not showing signs of damage? I hope you understand there was a reason why I want to return the table tops. I am not trying to deceitful or dishonest. The first picture is from the other restaurant that is set up for outdoor dining area. The last 2 pictures are ours. Our tables top we go are obviously defect, and you should take them back.

I have purchased from the lm on two separate occasions. First time was normal, as you would expect. Second time, they wrongly posted the size if chairs on their website. After I received the chairs and called to notify them, they deleted the original listing – while I was on hold! – and offered a $75 credit and few thousand dollars worth product. Now, those same chairs (as well as two tables I purchased) are cracking. Their products look nice but design and quality are lacking, as is customer concern.

We ordered a sample chair to consider for a larger project (200+). The chair was sturdy and comfortable but was very poorly finished – not something we would want representing us. Unfortunately they won’t accept this chair on return (we’re out $250) so we have a chair we don’t want to use and can’t recommend to anyone else.
