I really enjoyed my experience here, my server, Johnny, was very quick and very polite. I got my chicken fajita in almost 5 minutes after I ordered it! The free chips and salsa is to die for. Johnny anticipated my every need and refilled my drink without me asking, got me a lid for it to take home, and got me a nice big box to take some chips home with me with my leftovers. A great dining experience, even if your alone like me!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Superior Grill for years and have always enjoyed their hearty Superior Salad, it’s been one of my go-to orders. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a to-go order was disappointing.
I ordered two Superior Salads today, and for $18.95 each (about $20 after tax), I expected the same quality I’ve grown used to. Instead, the portion was noticeably lacking. My salad had only six pieces of chicken and around eight pieces of steak. For the price point, this simply doesn’t reflect the generous servings Superior Grill has consistently provided in the past.
Wanting to give the restaurant the opportunity to address this directly, I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Taylor. While she acknowledged my concern with a brief “sorry for that,” the response felt minimal given the situation. A more thoughtful acknowledgment would have gone a long way in showing that customer feedback matters.
I’m not writing this to ask for a refund or compensation. I’m including my receipt and pictures in this review to highlight the issue in hopes of seeing improvement. I know what Superior is capable of, and I’d love to see them return to the level of quality and consistency that made me a regular in the first place.

The food and staff was very good! The food came fresh, hot, and ready to eat… A great time was had especially with the drinks as they came in take-home cups, BIIIG PLUS for me!

Wow! This wasn’t a meal. It was an experience! Continuous service by the entire staff. I’ve never had rib fajitas or quail fajitas. So unique!

What a fantastic experience today at Superior Grill, the staff was very friendly yet very professional, the food was delicious, fresh and fool of flavors, and brought to the table in a such a great timely manner! We live a few hours away in Texas and Superior is our go-to restaurant every time we visit Shreveport. I was disappointed in the manager this visit. I found a piece of curled up wire in the salsa. Our lovely waiter took it and showed it to Carlos and then…that was it. No visit by the manager. No apology. No food comps. Nothing. I understand you’re busy. I understand mistakes happen. It would have been best practice to stop by and at the least apologize, especially when I am spending more than $150 on lunch. I wasn’t injured by the wire, thankfully, but good management still checks on its customers-whether they’re repeat customers or first timers. Do better.

My husbamd and i ordered the tres amigos. The steak and chicken meat tasted funny. The texture i guess wasnt right. The shrimp was salty. I couldnt even finish my food. It looked great and smelled great but didnt taste great. The. Chicken soup was pretty good. The rice was great. The waiter was so nice. But we was sat next to a very large group of people amd we couldnt enjoy the meal. It was very far from quiet. And i had a mans butt in my face while trying to eat.. due to the tables being so close. I dont think ill ever come back. The meat wasnt right at all and very expensive to not taste good.
