Probably one of the worst bowls I’ve had in a while and I love açaí bowls…Im visiting here so might be just an off day but got the large berry bowl. Service just mid girls are on their phones watching and the bowl is rough.
Spent 17$ for a water and large bowl so not the cheapest either…
Atmosphere is cool though, place is built out really nice.

I discovered Açaí bowls about two months ago. (I know I’m late to the party) but let me tell you…I am embarrassed about how many times the girls at SuperBowlz have seen my face in those 8 short weeks ! Not only do I love the fact I’m supporting a small locally owned business but their açaí bowls are to die for ! The fruit is so fresh and good and the açaí base is the best I’ve tried out of the many places these last two months . I’ve even somehow gotten my 5 year old daughter to convert from ice cream to wanting a bowl instead . It’s become our Friday night tradition and there’s no guilt because they’re so good for you as well .

First time visitor, and the bowl I chose was tasty, although lacking on some of my requested & charged-for topping(s), but I still enjoyed!
The store was empty, aside from the single younger employee & she made the 3 bowl order in under 10min – which isn’t at all unreasonable, and she wasn’t rude (just super quiet). But when the bowls were made and on the counter, the employee went back to another task, so I asked her what sort of carry-out container they may have, because i saw none, and she said she’d have to get some bags from the back. She did, and sat them on a side table, and then sat one next to me while I was getting my bowls situated, and she went back to some busy-work; they closed in 45min from when I was bagging my order (open til 8pm this night).
The reason for the lesser-review:
If I knew i’d have to make my personal order “to-go ready” with lids myself & then bag it all myself, I likely would not have even elected a tip upon placing the order. But due to their Square p.o.s system, you don’t get to wait and tip based on service and hospitality, when using card payment method. As a result, I will now resort to only tipping in cash, and only post-service/order completion. Always carry cash, folks!

I made a mistake and didn’t get a larger sized smoothie!! This place is phenomenal! The service is amazing, the Açaí smoothie is dangerously good, and I will most definitely be coming back. Best in the area!!

This place has never let me down so it’s about time I leave a review. I have been a regular here for several months and I have always received superior customer service. If they make a mistake, they are happy to fix it, which by the way… out of the hundred of times I have been here, they only made one mistake so that’s a pretty amazing accuracy rate. The bowls are outstanding and are made with the FRESHEST fruit I have seen and tasted. I will always go here and pay the extra money just because it’s way fresher than Publix or Walmart. If you rated this business any less than 5 stars, you ought to give them another chance because they are the best place ever. As you can see I was already digging into my bowl before I took a picture.

I went on Sunday with a group of friends only to be helped by the rudest girl I have ever come across. Tried to greet her upon starting my order and she just stared at me and continued to not engage or even smile once throughout the transaction. We waited over 20 minutes for our bowls, only to see a disgusting work station when we walked up to the counter to collect our items. My friend said it best, “the food would’ve been much better without all the attitude.” Maybe try to hire people who maybe care a slight amount about working in a service role because she couldn’t have cared less.
