This place keeps me alive in an affordable way. I get two vegetarian Super Tacos for like $6.50 and each have like 1/3 an avocado on them. Nowhere has maintained affordable prices and not sacrificed quality from pre-to-post-covid like Super Taqueria, or as locals call it, simply “Super Taq”. The pico de gallo and green sauce are bomb.

Busy cafeteria style eatery. Lots of people standing around coming in and out. I didn’t see anyone wiping and cleaning tables, so people just clean up after themselves – bring your own sanitizing wipes. The food had good flavor. I really liked the Spanish rice. The issue was the quality of the meat – was very fatty, gristly and had cartilage pieces. I like quality, so this did not work for me. When I have to spit out the fat, gristle and cartilage and set it to the side of my plate, there’s a problem. With all the choices of quality Mexican food I will not come here.

Amazing food, reasonable prices, and good portions. If you pay with cash, they won’t charge you the service fee. They only have a spicy salsa bar, but mild fresh salsa can be acquired from the cashier. If you order nachos to-go, they can put the chips on the top so they don’t get soggy. No frills, but everything tastes great.

Got a super burrito with carne asada and asked them to grill it. It was ok, there was more pinto beans than meat, and it wasn’t that flavorful. Cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for. They have a shaded outdoor patio which was nice to eat out there. I’d come back and try other menu items.

The green sauce is sort of the way to go, though it’s not without a bite.
They have stuff other than burritos.

It had been years since I had gone to Super Taqueria. I ordered a carne asada tostada and it was good. The service was quick and the food was hot. The restaurant was clean. It will be back here again as it was a nice dining experience.

The lady taking the orders was insanely rude and unprofessional. My brother asked for a crispy taco without cheese after explaining several times that he was lactose intolerant and it would make him super sick, in a very mockery and despot way she responded with “that’s not my problem” since when did human decency become so obsolete and rare in the serving industry? This woman was absolutely rude and vile. She could have handled the situation differently. I would
suggest going to Gilroy super T instead. All the people that work in the Morgan Hill location act like they hate their existence, especially the women. I will not be surprised when they go out of business with the disgusting behavior their employees have towards the customers. Id suggest retiring.

Burrito was and the nachos were amazing, the tacos are okay they use flower tortillas for everything. The meat proportions were great but tasted a bit bland other than that I’d come here again.
