Best Oaxacan food in NYS. Food is always fresh, prepared/cooked in a timely manner. My favorite comfort food, lunch spot, and group of folks who always have a smile on their face and cheerful demeanor. The owner cooks with passion and love, and you can taste it in every meal. Try their steak burritos and Torta’s to start with if you haven’t already! Melt in your mouth good!
I don’t know about that one star review from Neil Bradley, because I’ve NEVER spent 45 minutes waiting for food. Fifteen minutes TOPS, and you know why?….because this truck is BUSY and filled with hard working people who serve AMAZING meals. Also, even IF it was a 45 minute wait, the taco is damn well worth the wait, trust me. Only time I see Super Tacos on a slow day is during the dead of winter, and that speaks volumes of what this business can deliver. If someone is concerned with timing, call in advance to place an order…it’s really that simple.

Wow insanely good tacos and quesadillas. Absolutely delicious. Best I’ve had outside of California. The plate came with great sauces and lime. Very kind and quick too! Would 1000% come back here!

Found this spot by accident looking for a quick bite off 87. Adding it to our roadtrip map forever. What looks like an unassuming food truck location had some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in recent memory. Solid prices, really friendly staff… just go for yourself and see! 10 out of 10 (p.s. cash only – bring lots, you’ll want seconds!) The red hot sauce is FIRE (Can I buy this by the gallon?!)

3 tacos for 10$ is a steal. What luck that they’re also delicious! Comes with salsa, guac, radish slices and lime. Rice and beans isn’t technically “on the menu”. But it’s on the menu and it’s a big portion. Enough for 2. The Horchata came with fresh fruit in it as well. And the corner they’re parked on is right next to a small parking lot. Cash only. Everything I had was great. Also my cat really liked the chicken lol

My wife and I came here to grab some food, and everything was delicious. We got two orders of tacos (three to an order) and a quesadilla. We got a different protein on all six tacos and the quesadilla to get a baseline since it was our first time here. All the proteins, the tacos themselves, and the quesadilla were delicious. We will definitely be back.
