I tried the vampiro asada taco, lettuce shell fish and shrimp as well as the birria. The food was delicious. Our waitress was so sweet although she could have told me there was a charge for sour cream The atmosphere was colorful with Latin music videos playing on the TV. It was cozy and just what we needed after a long day of soaking in the springs.

I wanted to say Tapatio was the best there BUT idk, our plates and sopas were SO Good. Came when it was empty, they def smashed out our plates unreal quick and flawless with all the trimmings. Felt like grandma’s house. Amazing.

The ambiance was colorful, festive, and inviting. Some table tops had beautiful murals on them.
The menu had numerous delicious offerings, and it was hard to choose one. I went with the carnitas plate that had a heaping serving of perfectly roasted seasoned carnitas with an ample serving of creamy flavorful refried beans and tasty rice with heavenly “homemade” corn tortillas. But you have to ask for the homemade ones.
The Michelada blew me out of the water. It was divine.
Our server was friendly and super nice. She was great and very accommodating.
The prices were extremely reasonable for Glennwood Springs.
It was just a short 15 minute walk from the Glennwood Springs Resort.

We came here because our friends recommended it. We had a large party of nine people. The staff and owners were attentive and the food was delicious. The portions were huge And reasonably priced. Had an amazing experience! Will be back!

Great experience. Was passing through and it was my daughters 16th birthday, and she always wants tacos for her birthday. So we stopped to have tacos for her. The food was good, the service was great. Definitely would recommend.

We asked for no guac no sour cream, quesadillas came out with guac and sour cream. The older lady came and “fixed” it by scraping the guac and sour cream off in the kitchen, clearly visible in the photos provided where the guac and sour cream residue still reside.
We also ordered cheese dip and it didn’t come out because the waitress forgot about it and we had to get the older lady to fix that also. Our waitress also did not check on us ever during our meal, waters were being emptied, we had to get up and ask about our to go orders, ask for a box and ask to pay. You could throw money at these people, and they would still mess up.
We also had two to go orders that were put it in at the same time and had to wait extensively after we finished our meals for them to even be ready.
10/10 worst Mexican in town, El Tapatio is walking distance same side of street and is 20 times better. The service is better and the people are nicer there. Worst experience ever.
