They do not deserve to get one star. They get a 1 a star. They are ill-prepared sloppy, making. Never put the order correctly. Don’t forget the food if we will be sure and eliminate taste like medicine. The sweet potato fries, our burn. They never put any order that you order correctly. The food is all over the place. Been to the Joinery 3 times in my life. Went to the Mexican place the first time…..it was decent. Tried the pizza place the second time…..was a really good fire crusted pizza. The Super Duper spot was a little disappointing. It was the night of a busy event at Lake MIRROR. (Snowfest) Told the clerk I had never had been there before and he suggested a burger. It was very average. I asked for some honey mustard to dip my fires in and was told I would have to pay for it. Then i asked for some ketchup instead and was told “If I have any left its in that container.” They had some but the tone came off a little rude for a 1st time customer. I left wishing I had bought a pizza instead. Very Average burger place…..nothing to write home about.

Went to the Joinery on the fly for some good food after a long days work. Settled on The Super Duper Spot after seeing the tasty menu and the nice smell from the kitchen. Ordered for one and I waited. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. All I did was wait for over ONE HOUR. There was one particular employee that was in a fowl mood and seemed to be distrusting the flow of the kitchen. Others were waiting nearly as long, and they even stopped taking orders long before it was near closing time! Food finally came after the number on the clock changed and it wasn’t even hot or fresh. “Super Duper” disappointing! Would not recommend with an employee who can’t cook a burger. 🙁

Ordered off of doordash! First time! Last time. Everything was soggy. Got the double buy one get one free as a combo. They only one drink instead of 2. Fries extremely soggy and greasy. Burgers where bland with no flavor. If I would’ve known it would be this bland I would’ve put a flamethrower to a cow and bit of the part I burnt. Extremely stingy on the sauce. One pickle for each burger. Although was a buy one get one free I still paid basically $40 dollars for this order. I do not recommend. Obviously staff is lazy

Lakeland, FL. Crispy chicken sandwich with Super Duper Sauce was great and came with perfect fries! The sauce honestly tasted exactly like the sauce on a Mickey Ds Big Mac but it went really well on the grilled bun and crispy chicken.
The fries were each perfect, not a misshapen one among them and fresh and crispy. Good stuff!

Amazing brunch burger w soft fried egg!! Coffee milkshake was good, kind of like a slushy. The only thing i would knock part of star for is the “waffle hashbrowns” are just regular fried hashbrown patties. Very happy they actually text when food is up so you dont wait forever and it get cold (looking at YOU other joinery restaurants)

Good burger joint located inside of the Joinery. The food was yummy. Burger and sweet potatoe fries. It was a little pricey (20$) but fast service and nice staff. Overall good place to eat at!
