Menu is limited, but lots of options for their mainstay burgers. I also like their super shakes (strawberry).
Ordering is easy using the touch screen at the counter or with staff. You get a beeper and pickup the order up front.
Service has always been fast (you can order ahead online, but no need to).
Came here from a recommendation & SO glad we did!! The building is beautiful inside & out. The menu is straight to the point & very easy to get thru. You order at a self help digital kiosk, pickup a buzzer & pick a seat. In the middle of the dining room there’s a big display of pickled peppers & pickles, which are absolutely delicious and a perfect side to the meal! They are self serve & plentiful! It took about 15mins to get our food so it’s is definitely made to order. We both got their seasonal burger called the Dirty Dog Burger & shared a garlic fries. We got single patty burgers because it was our first time but they’re on the thinner side similar to a smash burger so next time I’ll get double patties forsure! But all in all the 10/10 experience! Will definitely be back & spread the word!
The facilities were neat and well-maintained. The menu is somewhat limited to what is available to choose from but this is a strength for just focusing on burgers.
My burger was an unexpected delight.
I would gladly visit here again.
Ordered 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich.
The burgers were good, two that we ordered didn’t come with bacon. The mini with an egg tasted all like egg.
The chicken sandwich tasted like burnt flour. When I asked for a refund, I was helped by Bruce. He didn’t say a word, the whole time. No apology, no offer to remake it or to replace it with something else. Anyways he handed my receipt… no proof of the refund on the receipt, had to come back and ask him, “where’s the proof of the refund…” he said “there it is” again with no proof of a refund.
Couldn’t find a corporate number or review section on the receipt. So here I am.

Terrible experience, food was alright, better off going to the Habit or 5guys.
My parents had the grilled chicken sandwiches, which they said tasted good. The fresh ciabata buns were hard for them to chew, and they felt they were a little heavy.
My husband had the breakfast egg and cheese sandwich, also on the ciabata bun. He said it was excellent.
The service is a choice of self-serve orders or ordering with a cashier. You bus your own tables.
It’s loud, and the seats are super duper uncomfortable.
