I expected chili cheese fries based off the photo. But what I got was chili fries. The chili doesn’t have any flavor to it so basically this was a waste of money since I had it delivered. The fries doesn’t even look the same. The expected image has straight fries, I ended up with crinkle fries.

Came through Detroit and stopped here to use the restroom. The super friendly staff and amazing kitchen smells made me order the breakfast special. WHAT A WIN THAT WAS!! For under $8! Shout out to Their staff too! They are some of the friendliest and most positive people I have ever met in this industry. Thank you all for a great breakfast and starting my day off right❤️

Today, I ordered the Big Man Breakfast. Never been to this Coney before …
The sign above the cashier said 7 bacon or 7 sausage or 7 ham. She says it comes with all three. I did not want ham. Nor did I want hash browns, most of these places don’t cook them through … I received 3 sausage and 4 bacon. No butter was on the toast and I had to ask for butter and jelly, but she put a ton of salt that I did not ask for in my bag.
So, I guess it is a total of seven pieces of meat unless you ask or are specific.
Eat it while it’s hot, tho ….

No professionalism at all from the person taking orders over the phone, whn answering the phone it should be done by giving the name of the establishment , not assuming that the customers should know automatically that they dialed the correct number, customers should be greeted with a pleasant tone & the name of the establishment ( if your working at a particular establishment you should never greet potential customers by saying “ yeah “ that’s definitely a sign of ignorance, then while I was trying to explain the reason for my call , she’s huffing & puffing loudly in my ear as if she was bothered by my call, I ask her if she was ok, her reply was ( your the one talking in slow motion, ) which was very rude of her , she didn’t know if I had a medical condition or not , rather than go back & forth with her I just hung up, I tried calling Bck. the nex day to speak with management about they unprofessional person I spoke with the day before, I gathered she blocked my phone number, because my calls would no longer go through, what if I wanted to place another order by phone, thts money & a Customer she have caused them to lose ,I will gladly spend my hard earned money elsewhere, I hope someone frm. Management see this review & fire her, not only does it look bad for the restaurant, but she’s causing them to lose Customers tht frequent their business regularly , I refuse to pay high prices for low vibrational customer service. .

Yummy yummy yummy i drive from Toledo at Least Once A Week to get Food here.It is so damn good. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I also absolutely LOVE the fact that these workers here are kind to the homeless. Ive feed a guy who sits in there occasionally to get warm. Super kind guy minds his own business does not bag or ask for anything but maybe in who I am i’m gonna always offer. Best damn corn beef egg rolls ever.

Second time coming to this place yes it’s very clean in the back, but they really don’t care about presentation or their food. This bread is hard as hell the time before this I came the french fries taste freezer burnt and is it just me why do places get crinkle fries? Are they cheaper? Spend the extra money to get regular fries like any other company they’re horrible to eat with chili cheese fries. Just a wild guess I’m thinking they set the bread near something hot because it’s like an imprint on the side of the bun never seen a hot dog like this either. I would take it back, but I don’t wanna get hassle by the full-time homeless man that sit outside the door anytime you come.

Waitress never listens to extra requests for your order. I asked for extra onions, she sm I le, nodded, but never wrote it down or told the cook. I looked at my burger it had 2 skinny strings of onions, so when I repleted my request, she just stood there, I had to get the cooks attention to put onions on my burger, guess what. She put one little piece of onion, wrapped it up like he did me a flavor.
