Didn’t catch the guy’s name but there was a gentleman who was absolutely crushing customer service today. My man visited every table multiple times, ran food orders out to each table brought sauces – just absolutely did an amazing job on customer service. It was a blessing to see someone take such pride in their work. The food was amazing as well but I couldn’t stop watching this cat work the whole room relentlessly. Superb exemplary service, my man!

I just ate the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered the Hot Honey Sandwich (limited time until December) with Cajun cheese fries. It was incredible. If you’re anywhere near Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, you must stop in. Service is fast and friendly and the food is perfect. They have 8 different sauces to highlight your meal (Buffalo, Nashville Hot, Ranch, Korean BBQ, Signature, and BBQ). You owe it to your taste buds to come here. ️

Went to Super Chix to try their food. The pictures in the menu looked great. When I got my meal, I was very disappointed. The chicken burger looked delicious however everything started falling out of the it as soon as I picked it up. The chicken burger was flavorless. The chicken was dry and the bacon was not cooked very well. The fries were very greasy and looked like they sat in grease for a long time. The table was greasy as well.

The food is fantastic, the staff is outstanding and very attentive to any need you may possibly have! Very friendly, fast and clean! The food is made beyond fresh so much so my son LOVED that his chicken was steamy enough to melt his fork and he just had to keep it because it looked so cool! Lol…..But truly this place is worth the visit! We will definitely be returning regularly! Thank you to the staff you all are great!!!

The Korean chicken sandwich is so good! Unfortunately, it was only for a limited time. We love the sauce bar! This place is usually busy but the wait time isn’t too long! Food comes out HOT and fresh! Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Great location!

Very good chicken sandwiches. My favorite is the grilled chicken deluxe with salt fries and a little honey mustard sauce for the fries. Team members roam the restaurant and will refill your beverage and take your trash away, nice little touch. You order at the counter as you walk in so you may want to browse the menu ahead of your arrival.

Went in for dinner last night and it was my first time at a Super Chix. The place is brand new and very nice. We placed our order and the girl explained everything. I got the special which was Korean BBQ. It was seriously good. A fantastic white meat chicken breast on a super fresh bun. Sweet and spicy Korean BBQ sauce and homemade coleslaw. An excellent flavor profile. I got cheese fries that were equally fresh and delicious. The fries are so good probably won’t get cheese the next time. Might try the sweet shake though. My fiancée got a regular chicken sandwich and loaded it with buttermilk ranch. She was equally impressed with her meal. The service is excellent and maybe a little to good. They came to the table multiple times. They are training so I get it. The food was so good I didn’t want pause from eating it to answer questions. Very polite attentive staff though. It was an excellent experience for my first time. I will definitely go back and highly recommend a visit.

The staff was great, felt like waiters walking around checking in me and getting whatever I needed.
Spent about $60 for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks, a shake and a pint of ice cream (including tip). Great value in my opinion.

I cannot say enough great words about how kind, friendly & helpful the staff was at Alcoa’s Super Chix – I was pleasantly surprised & impressed. Additionally, the Nashville Hot breaded chicken salad, fries & frozen custard were all very good!
